However, with that in mind, you can argue that either Alice is subconsciously killing all these people as a coping mechanism or even needs psychiatric help seeing as how she is also one of the would-be victims. Therefore, since some theorize that if you die in a dream, you die for real, this might be considered a form of attempted suicide.
All those menfolk in her cave failed to uphold their end of the contract, knowing full well the consequences.
It is shown later that the contracts are legally binding, so it isn't mass imprisonment. It is claiming what was offered to her in the signed contracts.
Shady? Yes. Legal? Also yes.
As for "King" John sentencing Robin Hood to death; whilst he isn't the rightful king, Robin Hood is a wanted criminal, and as such his execution could be ordered by any government official, Prince John in this case.
There is something called Contract of Adhesion, in which a contract is so unfair it's un-uphold-able. But NAL here, so I can't tell you more than that or how it applies to this situation.

One thing, the Queen of Hearts wanted four people in total to be executed, or in her case, off with their heads. This is four counts of unlawful execution. Plus, attempting to kill Alice as her last crime will be attempted child murder and she threatened her to be off with her head if she loses her cool. This is a death threat as well.
This was amazing! I hope the next Disney Villians charged for their crimes video includes The Horned King and Amos Slade. Total Sentence for Sher Khan: Life at a Big Cat Sanctuary, we'll even ask the nicest care taker to take care of Sher Khan, and hopefully Sher Khan will like humans as a result

Ursula - attempted murder of Eric by drowning, attempted murder of Ariel by magi zapping. Since both are royalty, that's two attempts of regicide. Also, probably could do something about "contract of adhesion," but I am definitely no expert there.
Honest John - assaulted Gideon (his name is Gideon, right?)
King John - throttles Hiss while saying "double, triple the taxes" so that's one more assault charge. And isn't there something about not following due process concerning condemning and executing/imprisoning people? I think the archery tournament counts as conspiracy to murder or something as it's all about trying to lure Robin out to kill him.
Queen of Hearts - is that one case of extortion for everyone? Or did you calculate each card and then multiple the sentence? (I can't remember the sentence for extortion off the top of my head). And I think it's multiple accounts of animal cruelty--one for each animal. And probably something for that kangaroo court.

Most of the characters only see Pinocchio as nothing more than a stringless magical marionette (Just ask the schoolmaster from the live action remake), false imprisonment and child abuse and child endangerment would not be proven, in Pinocchio's time the laws were more crude and the rules were executed in more the extreme way.

Unless we go with the fan theory that King Triton is really Poseidon and, therefore, answers to Zeus, the king of the Greek gods, he has the ultimate authority. Therefore Triton should be able to easily destroy the contract. And even if the fan theory *is* true, how hard would it be for Triton to plead his case and have Zeus destroy it? Or, at least, ask Zeus to give Triton the authority to do the deed.
