Qix (1981) is the oldest of this kind. Think it would be around for phone games, but I suppose that having minuscule and precision on screen wouldn't work so well.
From the video this looks like it's only one of those games where you make your zone bigger by walking lines that connect and expand your zone and if an enemy touches you while doing that you die. You say it has arcade and bullet hell and tower defense elements but the video shows none of that. Like a photo of video of the games title or like steam page might have been better than what is here. I'm not being man just giving real feedback because the video makes we want to not play the game as it seems like a game for small kids
