Weedless grass depletes the earths resources. Let parts of your lawn grow to a field for nature, and water conservation. Plant or scatter wild clover and thyme seeds for easy mow and delicious scents with good natural coverage, rabbits like it too 😃

WOW the snowman is a great find. I bet if it wasn't in the box it would have been gone for sure.
I know everybody tells you the same thing but I feel if you had organized your load a bit better, you might have had more space to collect more scrap. Having said that, it was an amazing haul! One of the reasons why I love watching you is that you are an honest man, don't change!

Up my way if you dont stop when see it your not getting it passed a chair but had food in my jeep so i went home parked my jeep and started to walk to get it and someone was taking it and it was only 2 minutes later
I don't think it would be too awfully easy to organize unless you had to start taking it all out to put back in. Plus you can't stay parked in the street for too long. He does very very well.

Loved that you got to fill your van. I am a week behind in your videos. Vacation/wedding week in Bayonne NJ. The saying you can never go back home I finally understand. That town I left 17yrs ago is not even close to what it looked like when I left.
Don't forget that the original box with the blow mold gives it even MORE value Taco. Take care of that box, and keep it in as good condition as possible. Maybe even wrap it in a big plastic garbage bag to protect it from moisture, and put some bubble wrap or paper in the box to keep it from getting bent or crushed in any way.
I bet a crafter would have bought those white spindles, I can think of quite a few projects 😀 thanks for letting me ride along

I've wondered about this before. When you fill up your van so fast, wouldn't it make sense to stop off at the scrap yard before going home? Then you might find more on your way home from there. Great blow mold!

Trust me ,I picked the Trash for 22yrs , scrap metals worth more money when cleaned good, nonferrous metals, copper, brass, aluminum. There's so much competition now days ,in order to keep ahead of them you grab and go ,glass plastic, wood, nuts,bolts Etc, Etc separated from metals is time consuming. The valuable merchandise has to be separated from the metals! I was picking 3 loads a day selling 2loads of metal per day !
WOW!!! What a haul! You need all the extra scrap you can get with the gas prices today!! Hope you can load up when you go back out!!
The cost of gas is one thing, Although nobody would realize how much wear and tear on vehicles is Involved in scrapping metals and valuables from the Trash! I did it for 22yrs, averaged 100 miles a day ,about 20.000 miles a Year !
That’s a lot of wear and tear! You must have gone through a few vehicles.

Taco, dont be pissed off with me saying this but, you have more room in your van than some of the other scrapper channels i watch, its how you place it in the room you have. Scrap runs would be more profitable with a full truck. Im really glad the very collectable blow mold had a protective cardboard to protect it. Good score! ⛄

Love your Beach Boys t-shirt. They were the first concert I ever went to. My dad took me and my brother to see them in Johnson City, TN. We lost our dad at the age of 32, 42 years ago next month.
What an amazing trash pick today. My favorites are the metal boxes and the snowman. You need to eat and hydrate throughout the day.
I heard you say something about spiders that hitch rides with you. My story about that is taking a pair of tires given to me which I put in my back seat and took them out as soon as I got home. The next morning heading to work I looked down at my seatbelt which looked odd only to have a hairy spider with a leg span over the size of a silver dollar on my chest. Lucky for me I'm not too creeped out by them but going 50mph in traffic calmly beating my chest gladly seeing I hit it dead. I know people who would have crashed in that situation. Always remain calm in situations like that freaking out doesn't help in the least.

If that was me Id have run home dumped the scrap out and ran back out for the rest. Then took the next day off from wasting gas running around and used it to sort the massive score from the day before. If not that I'd call a buddy to give them the heads up to give them the extra cash you left behind. Great haul though!

"The Torch is Passed"...one of the earlier publications dealing with the Kennedy Assassination- November 22, 1963. That book was published in early 1964. Have this book as part of my Kennedy collection. I remember that event well...was 20 years old in"63. You really scrapped scored on that trip!
That carrot dish is a spoon holder for the top of the stove. I love your videos! The way you talk to the camera makes me feel as if I'm riding along with you. I think you have one of the best videos out there.

Taco have a cooler in the front passenger side of your van. Put raisins, nuts, carrots, extra water, gatorade, will help you so you don´t become dehydrated and hyperglycemic.

Taco Stacks: i know that the Portuguese ceramic 🥕🥕🥕 spoon rest isn't vintage but it's a nice size to use on top of someone's stove. A lot of nice ceramics and dishware are made in Portugal. Portugal is especially famous for its tiles.

I'm 99% sure that is not a cat, but the easy way to check is to cut the pipe off with your sawzall and then you can see if it's full of honey comb material. Cats are selling for bank right now. Great haul today!

that's why the trimmer is out on the road. old gas. won't start so they dump it. clean the carb and get it running and sell at flea markets. plus remove the heavy grate from under the lid and make it lighter to handle the grill.
