  • Palak Dhokla is a variant of traditional dhokla that incorporates palak (spinach) into the batter, adding nutritional value and a vibrant green color.🌿
    Palak Dhokla not only retains the traditional dhokla's lightness and sponginess but also adds the goodness of spinach, making it a healthy option rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
    To prepare this, we need-
    -1/2 cup curd (dahi)
    - 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
    - 1/2 cup spinach (palak) paste
    - 1/2 cup semolina (sooji)
    - 1 tablespoon oil
    - 1/2 teaspoon Salt
    - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    -1 teaspoon ginger green chilli paste
    - 1 teaspoon fruit salt (eno or baking soda)
    -1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
    -
    For Tempering:
    - 1 tablespoon oil
    - 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
    - 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
    - 1-2 green chilies, slit
    - curry leaves
    -coriander leaves
    Now follow the Instructions to prepare very simple yet tasty and healthy palak dhokla and enjoy with your dear ones as breakfast or evening snacks!
