Dior 2020 might have a harsh opening but the dry down is fantastic and it projects and people like it
I don't smell a harsh opening, although its my favorite out of the dior homme line due to the lipstick smell on the other dior hommes. I wish it had better performance though, had to overspray to have it project
Just got my Missoni wave with the post today... great simple cent, as said not something you havent smelled before, but just a something I will reach too everyday here in the summer.
I rotate about 20+ fragrances missoni wave definitely gets me compliments. I like allure homme sport more but doesn't project. Allure is definitely less synthetic

I get some. However, it totally depends on your surroundings. I had an old job where I got several compliments over the course of my employment there. My job now is much different, and I have only gotten one. But I think its more down to the type of job it is. I do feel these youtube channels push the idea that you will get compliments far too much. As if everyone is just walking around complimenting eachother, lol. Not very realistic in most cases.

I blind bought Missoni Wave recently after reading/watching reviews on it for the past couple months. It doesn't smell bad but it definitely doesn't deserve all the praise it gets. I regret that purchase.
Others around you notice how great it smells. I swear literally every time I wear it I get compliments. That and the original Rasasi Hawas are great imo.
@@nicholasgilvin6396 It's not bad, just doesn't fit me. I was looking at Rasasi Hawas as well but I read it was similar to Mont Blanc Legend Spirit, which I have a 200ml bottle of. It's easily one of my favorites.

Greenley is beast for a freshie, SOTD, there is something about deep drydown of Sedley I dont like.
Maybe it's my nose but I def get a fresher slightly less sweetness from Ice compared to Hawas

I checked out the Lattafa clone of sedley and it just didn't smell nearly as good. Smelled just like a basic scent to me. Sedley smells way better and has way more depth
I like sedley but for me it doesn't last, same as percival. For that money it's ridiculous

Only the fragrance community and niche snobs hate on YSL Myslf because it's not "unique" or "complex." This demographic makes up an insignificant, if not negligible percentage of fragrance consumers. The average person and general public love Myslf as seen by its booming sales.

I do not understand the hype for Wave other than the price. I own Channel AHS, and Versace Pour Homme. They are both better at what they do.

Explorer is an Adventus clone.
