Chic for men has a cantaloupe/melon note in the opening, fresh, citrus, definitely worth a try. I get about 7 hours and 8-9 on shirt

@@pep1679for everyday wear get Bleu de Chanel. Suavage Elixir is nuclear strong and would be really heavy and overwhelming in hot weather.
Ive never not had BDC edt in the rotation for spring and summer for the past 6+ years. Just overall pleasant
My favourite for hot weather is oud satin mood the way the rose note works in high heat amazing

It smells great at opening, but then to me it dries down to Ralph's Club but slightly weaker. Personally, I'd wait till it hits discounters.
Easily top 10 fragrances of 2024. Nothing unique, smells like some other things already out there but it does it better than the others.
It's similar in the opening to prada luna Rosa ocean
idk if it’s just me, but pineapple is one of those notes that just cuts through everything else and it’s all i smell. i’d say polo 67 is a fresh, versatile sort of pineapple that smells more expensive than a lot of the middle eastern stuff

Bought Versace Man back in college (early 2000s) on a whim because it smelled great at the frag counter. Learned that I hated the metallic smell that lingers for a couple hours after it dries down.
Didn’t know about the AdG profondo flankers. Tried the edp but it doesn’t perform well on my skin. Is the profondo parfum a better performer?

Blind bought D&G summer vibes and Azarro Chrome Parfum for summer. Prefer the Chrome but both performance wise are not great. New to this so only own Sauvage EDT, Y EDP, and HERO EDP. Think Profondo EDP will probably be my next pickup though.
Mercedes-Benz “Sign Your Attitude “ is killer. It’s a super summer frag that’s way under the radar.
Dolce andGabbana’s “Light Blue Italian Love” which has been discontinued? Great summer frag.
Ash, your dreams finally came through! FOMO Parfums just came out with a Gucci Envy clone called The Envy Of FOMO. I took a shot and picked it up. I do enjoy Gary's Den, so I figured, why not?

It is obvious that the audience prefers fresh colognes for high heat and Summer days. Dior Homme Cologne and Prada L'Homme L'Eau are (almost) perfect!
I personally like ADG the EDT the best for Summer.
I have the original profondo, but I'm trying to get my hands on profondo lights but it is hard to find and if you do find it it is insanely expensive and I'm going to guess it's probably because it's discontinued
I've been into fragrances for three years now, mostly thanks to you, Ash. But I have yet to find my go-to summer frag. Most I like have no performance at all, or they're just not quite my taste. It's been a bit frustrating.

I would have to say to say I disagree a bit with you, sir, on the AdP. The Blu line is perfect year round! Fico is one of the best office smells in Fall/Winter. Hi Ash! Great Video as usual! For me, I miss the YSL LIVE JAZZ! Hope it will be re-issued. ;) However, luckily, Dua Fragrances released LIVE BLUES and its freaking amazing! They nailed it and it has more power since it is a Extrait de Parfum formulation. I got into a nostalgic mood when it arrived yesterday, sprayed it right away and oh boy! Loved it! Got 2 bottles of this (two 30ml). Still hoping YSL will re-issue this classic!!!

I really like how Polo 67 (Its in the same family as YSL Myslf). However, I can't justify buying it. I've tried it a few times and it doesn't perform very well. I get moderate projection for about a half hour before it settles to a skin scent. After about 4 hours, its completely gone. On clothes, it lasts longer, but still doesn't project very well. Its one that you have to respray a lot, so I would have to have the price come down to justify buying since I'm going to go through it fast.
Same deal with me to an extent: Prefer Polo 67 over Myself, but I tend to find 67 does have performance I wasn’t expecting. Happy I got the gift set on sale at Macy’s, because I can’t see justifying regular price on it.
Is Polo67 edp as weak in performance as the edt? Absolutely loooove Ralph’s Club, ordered the parfum decant. The edp is relatively weak as well.
@@wisecoonie Polo 67 is new, so there is only 1 version - EDT. My guess is that we'll get a few versions/flankers in the coming months or so.

I was going to pull the trigger on polo 67 but with father's day this month I didn't know which fragrance my wife was going to get me so I'm definitely getting polo 67 now and the jumbo size cause I fell in love with that fragrance instantly since i first smelled it

Got to smell Polo 67 at Bloomingdales the other day and it's way sweeter than I would've expected. It comes across as a younger guys' fragrance, if anything. I'd find it too cloying to wear in spring/summer. I am not a fan of Polo 67. If I was going Polo for the summer, I'd go with Polo Cologne Intense: green, fresh, clean, and no cloying sweetness.
I agree. Too sweet for me. I get why people like it though. Pretty crowd pleasing. Definitely a younger scent.

@JamesOswalt They sent me samples of the new Parfum and I don't really get a lot more incense like people are saying. Just smells clean and classy. Then again I've never smelled the original parfum or profondo

Polo 67 just smells like Invictus to me, is that weird? It’s like a cross between Invictus edt and Invictus Parfum or something like that. Not saying it’s identical, but it smells more like Invictus than a lot more fragrances I’ve heard ppl say have Invictus DNA. Weird thing is I haven’t seen anyone else say polo 67 smells like Invictus besides me
GIO and Polo 67 both smell like something rich high school boys wear.
Polo 67 smells great, nothing groundbreaking or incredible, but very pleasant. The thing is, it doesn't strike me as a summer-type fragrance at all - it's got a pretty hefty dose of sweetness, and the freshness isn't the focal point. Nice and versatile, but not "summer banger" type stuff. I wouldn't reach for it in high temps at all.
