'They should have arrested him'; Video captures aggressive road rage incident in Lehi

This video is from my husband and I. The charges have been updated to be more severe and the police are investigating more deeply into the situation that happened. The man who hit us has had prior road rage incidents and his insurance company might not cover him if the insurance deems it was intentionally done. We are hoping to get this man off the streets for everything he has done to us and those that happened before us so it doesn’t happen in the future.
That's not a road rage, that is an attempted murder with a weapon.
Dude in the truck is a coward
ANY road rage where a vehicle is used as a weapon should automatically be charged as Attempted Murder.
This is assault with a deadly weapon. He deserves prison!
Truck guy bought his bull bars exactly for this purpose.
Why hide the license plates? Those are public and a crime was committed.

This guy has friends on the force. First of all this is a clear cut case of reckless driving and it is also not a "Traffic accident" because there was nothing accidental about it. There was willful destruction of property and "Leaving the scene of an "Accident" is the absolute minimum charge that the police absolutely had to charge him with. This guy feels like he is above the law for a reason, because apparently, so far, he is.
That driver should be charged for endangering and assault of a deadly weapon (the car ) and hit and run
I feel like he should have his license revoked and 6 months in a jail cell.
Road Rage needs to be punished and required to go to anger management classes. Sending a notice to their insurance company would be a good idea too. Aggressive driving is getting worse and worse.

Send that video to his insurance company. They will Jack up the price on his policy, or drop him.
