How do you ensure that the fat is not injected into a blood vessel? Do you use any technology that highlights the blood vessels so that they are not compromised and fat embolism risks are reduced?

They use a ultrasound machine, idk about them but i went to vixen and my doctor used a ultrasound machine to avoid injecting into a muscle
Frannydoll831 yes your right about that how they know if the fat is going in the right place and not just eyeing it!!! Avana plastic surgery center use a ultrasound machine to show them where the fat is going that's y I'm picking them because that's one of the most important part to see where you putting the fat!

By watching this and hearing bout some of the ladies testimony about how their process with Mia Aesthetic went well for them with No problems. Give me the courage I need to go head a book my date. And watching this video really gave me the confidence in knowing. This doctor really seem like he care and is considered for his patients or clients health. And that's very important to the patients knowing that they are putting their lives in another human hands. That cares and show concerns and show them that they are in good hands. And they shouldn't have to worry about not being cared for properly while going through a transformation with their life and health.

Florida new law , Dr are unable to inject fat below the muscle ,now the risk is much lower. but downside is if you want a humungous booty you may need round 2.

You know it’s sad because my surgery is next week at the Chicago location ... I’m a Medical Assistant one thing I know for sure is they always make sure the doctor is the last one to find out about anything ! Doctors don’t want to be bothered most of the time. It’s a death sentence waiting on the phone to get a hold of the clinic ... because the Chicago location is just starting you have to call the Miami location and Fax everything there . I was on hold for 3 hours last time . If I don’t like this doctor I may go to Dr.Mehio , but definitely not Dr.Alvarez he’s killed people .

What about how you inject,i read new study,instead of entering below the butt i.e the under butt,enter from above i.e above the crease to reduce the risk of injecting in the big veins.

Are you skipping a step after extracting fat from lipo? Is the fat extracted through lipo purified through centrifuge before injecting in to buttocks?

Dr.mehio is it possible to have a bbl and breasts augmentation the same day.
I have asked about this and was told it's not recommended due to not being able to sit on your bottom or lay on your stomach leaving only your side to constantly lay on. You also cannot lift push or pull anything over 8 pounds after breast surgery so you would definitely be very uncomfortable if you did both
