It's amazing that the same reporters are saying bears need to be playoff team and win now. With this rookie QB. Yet the same reporters with other bears QBs after years 2 & 3 who are no longer rookies needed more time. Let's give them more time to develop without having to get to the playoffs. Mmmm. Love Herb, tho.
Finally some logic. Poles' genius has us ahead of schedule, but the coaches have never worked together, rookie qb the literally has to learn 60% of quarterback play, and 3 starting defensive linemen maybe. Look I'm a diehard bears fan but let's be realistic.
The reason is, we have one of the easiest schedules in a league and the number one easiest schedule through the first 10 weeks. Caleb Williams isn’t going to be facing any top-tier defenses out the gate at all. Plus with us blowing three double digit leads last year and having a better team on paper, there’s no reason, we shouldn’t think that we could win 10 games this year. Now, if Caleb Williams comes in as a below average quarterback, then we should tamper our expectations but he is the first overall pick for reason. A couple years from now especially with the draft we have next year then, we could look at doing some damage in the playoffs for real
It's pretty easy to see Arlington in play. The museum campus will always have issues for the Bears. In an ideal world they would be in Chicago, but it's hard for me to believe they've forgotten their history with leasing from Chicago

Except for an absolute disaster, I want to see all the coaching staff back next year. I'm tired of changing something almost every year whether it be coach or QB. Just give this group a couple years to work things out.
