  • Historically the Bears are known for having stellar linebacking crews. Will this year's crew led by Tremaine Edmunds and T.J. Edwards put the team's legacy back on track?

All that matters with Nate Davis is that he's participating in training camp getting ready for the season and what his teammates and coaches think of him. What we all think does not matter, especially those in the media.

Nate Davis had a tough year last year. So much pain. Now, a year later, I would think a player would want to be there ready to go to prove himself again.

Jack Sanborn is a complete stud!! He is our best linebacker! He’s just a freaking good ball player. Instincts are off the charts. With 11 Sanborn’s on the field you’re a number 1 defense all day long!

Not a big deal if OL is missing these trainings? How about learning offense, practicing and perfecting while building chemistry, hearing the same cadence everyone is saying was important for Caleb. Also, rebuilding and honing the mind muscle movements and "football" cardio. No excuses for missing practice, especially for someone like Nate Davis who is not the best of the best and should be striving for continuous improvement, not just maintaining what hes got.

I trust the coaches more than random social media comments. If they think he's doing enough, then it is what it is. If not, he won't be playing anyway. Nate Davis and the coaches know what he needs to do. And I'm kinda tired of hearing fans try to dictate a player's training regimen

@severallemmings true. Nobody needs to show up. They're all professionals. Teamwork doesn't require people to actually be there with each other. And of course, coaches always make the best analysis and decisions. Fans cannot see what happens in practice, but many of us know about team sports.

Practices aren't in pads until then it really an issue also the talent level is higher will he make the 53 Nate Davis has always been a little lazy so this is the year that his commitment isn't there. He is not one of my favorites however he was't on this list either.
