So many issues on that parcel, but the Bears would try to do it if they had control. They'll never have much control next to the Field museum

Of course Bears going back to Arlington Heights when Chicago has no money or parking deals to help Bears pay for their new playground especially when you have so many homeless immigrants roaming your city.

The state of Illinois will provide more money to the project if its in Arlington Heights cuz they know they'll have to contribute a lot less AND they'll have a shot of getting a return on their investment because the revenue is so much greater.
State of Illinois provides tax dollars to a Chicago Lakefront stadium they know the money will not get paid back and will cost them more taxpayer money to invest.(cost overruns)

Much more revenue for the Bears in Arlington. City county and state are broke, the Lakefront property will never get the funding. Arlington Heights has the room for parking, Tailgates, hotels, eateries, stores, apartments etc.More control and revenue. We should have a state of the art facility. It will get used not just for football. No brainer.

Kevin Warren is all about creating a charity stadium for the city of Chicago. KW doesn't care about the fan experience or whats actually best for the Chicago Bears from a revenue perspective. KW wants to be the King of Chicago amongst the people he relates to. Hate to say it but for Kevin Warren its a racial issue to the extent that he wants to be sure to help out his community. Which i guess is not a bad thing but for his position as the CEO of the Chicago Bears it IS a bad thing cuz it has to be about the Bears and the fans first who are providing the vast majority of the team revenue.
