Need for Speed: Underground 2 is a cross-platform racing video game and the eighth installment in the popular Need for Speed driving game series published and developed by Electronic Arts. Released in 2004, it is the direct sequel to Need for Speed: Underground, and is part of the Need for Speed series, available on Microsoft Windows, Game Boy Advance, GameCube, PlayStation 2, Xbox, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS and Mobiles. Like its predecessor, it was also commercially successful, and sold eleven million copies worldwide.
The game entails tuning cars for street races, resuming the Need for Speed: Underground storyline. Need for Speed: Underground 2 provides several new features, such as a broader customization, new methods of selecting races, the "explore" mode (just driving around freely, like the Midnight Club series, in a large city known as "Bayview"). The City Center was based on Philadelphia, Beacon Hill was based on Beverly Hills and Coal Harbor was based on Camden, New Jersey, and Bayview as a whole is a microcosm of the west coast of the United States. Underground 2 also introduces several SUVs, which could be customized as extensively as other Underground 2 vehicles and used to race against other SUV racers. Brooke Burke is the voice of Rachel Teller, the person who guides the player throughout the game.

@@dancho0012 yess i do honestly miss this car easy to work on and saves lot on gas i personally had the ex coupe ran 230k before the engine gave out and that was because i was my temperature sensor was out and didnt know i was overheating my only issue with it was my window regulators kept going out on the driver side other than that it worked like a champ

one thing that i loved about this game was that there weren't any supercar and that gave more of a classic street race type of vibe

@@r0b_3rt3 nope, in that time, everything was JDM, because of the F&F movies and the peak of the import scene. That's literally why NFS stopped being a luxury car/supercar game and Underground happened

I have all cars but my fav cars on nfs underground his supra,eclipse,TT,rx-8,350Z G35,3000GT,GTO,mustang GT, Skyline GTR-34,lancer evolution,rx-7 and wrx impreza
The Evo, Corolla, Miata is my favorite up until now I am 20 years old there are still my favorite cars.
For me all of it including Hummer H2.

Question: Do the European versions and and US versions of cars only show up on that country's spec of console/PC, or is there separate discs made for each country?

I’m pretty sure Peugeot 106 and the Ople/Vauxhal Corsa is available in European PC version and some versions sold in Asia (examples being Korea and I think Japan as well)

This mod - what is this mod that unlock all cars? I have US version and I want cars from EU version.
If I'm not wrong you can manually paste EU cars archives into game folder and enable them simultaneously with US version equivalent using extra options

2023, one year after Nijigasaki Anime Season 2 still loving NFS UG2. Even ShioPomu (Shioriko and Ayumu) also love this game and they beaten it 15 times!

Suggestion for career mode: start with nissan 240sx, then hyundai tiburon, then audi a3, then audi tt, then nissan skyline. Thanks me later

@@OwlManoloPR13 The reason they aren't in the US version is because the Peugeot 106, or even the 206 for that matter, and the Vauxhall or Opel Corsa were never sold in the US.
