@@AcappEd The main reason it looks better in MW is because it has automatic lowered suspension & fitment unlike this vid where the Mustang is stock and therefore rides too high lol

It's crazy to see how many of these got ported over to NFS: Most Wanted.
It’s an obvious fact that some bodykits here then made their way into the later games, as well as some widebodies are based on the racecars as well
Some kits even returned from UG1 as well
If I’m not mistaken, any cars that are in multiple games share at least one bodykit. The skyline for example has vapor and mantis in UG1, 2 and Carbon. The 350z also has Mantis in all 3 although its slightly different in Carbon. Really and truly there was a a lot of recycling
@@gothamcitygoon2491 Not really they only kept around good looking ones. Many kits in UG2 are just hedious. Lots of concept art for Most Wanted is focused on making good looking bodykits. Granted some might still be a bit iffy but you got a better selection with always soemthing decent for every car in most wanted. Not so much with UG2 and new csrs introduced in it.

Some of them are in Nfs Carbon but either the front bumper or back bumper were changed.

You know what, i don’t care what ya’ll say but these kits actually look nice. Most of them. Its just that you need a little better fitment and i’m pretty sure theres a new mod that can do that now, but so far only applies on the 350z. It’s called nfsu2 unlimiter and theres a 350z option made by the same guy.

Thank the Black Box devs. EA sucks as always, they released this game too early and it misses content that would have made the game even better. It's one of my favorites anyway, but I wish the devs would have had more time. You cam check out "customization plus", extra options and other mods. They feature cut content and features.

Yeah I figured you could only put them on one car, I wasn't aware you could see what it looked like on everything
They should have introduced Autosculpt here: what restricts customization options is that usually bumpers and sideskirts merge well with parts from the same complete kit. If you could modify a little the shape of the bumper to better merge with sideskirts from another kit... the professional ricers work a lot with putty and saws

Most of these kits are extreme rice, but a few are nice. I guess if you have a completely tuned out car it's not really rice anymore at that point is it?

How is wheel fitment on Mantis kit for mustang? I'm on vanilla console revisiting this and I don't want to run that event to widebody it if the kits are dog water. Not a fan of razors body kit either tbh.

Back when body kits were actual new body panels that basically turned the cars into race cars, and not just rivetted on dogshit like the rocket bunny stuff that's all the rage now for whatever reason. We had it so much better back here and now everybody's content with second place.

In career mode, these parts are not for sale, you have to win 11 outruns in Stage 5 and do that special event, but remember, this ONLY applies to one car, so think which car you want to put a wide body kit on before attempting it because that body kit can't be transferred to other cars you own.
Not gonna lie, the Audi TT Mantis kit reminds me of the Audi TT DTM car.

The widebody required to defeat 15 (I guess) to unlock the event. And rush to the body shop before the time ends. (In story mode) If you just wanted to see the bodykit, just finishi all the event
