No, I will not give credit to people who made them, as I don't care.
This took me a while to find and download all of these, as some had barely any views at all. This should be every ending made at this point in time. I might make another, but only if there are tons of new endings that I missed.
I made this because I wanted to see ALL the endings, but I could only find compilations that were maybe 4 minutes long at best. - Hry

There's barely any players left. The remaining players dress up as bots to fool them into thinking that there's no players left. They secretly sabotage and do guerrilla warfare. They lost the battle, but not the war.

*A Team Together* (Good Ending): TF2 Community survives the bot crisis, even without Valve.
*A Fort and a Bot Place* (Neutral Ending): The bot crisis continues. The war against the bots is not over.
*A Team Disbanded* (Bad Ending): Bots have overwhelmed Valve servers, TF2 community is now seeking refuge in community servers.
*A Fortress Forsaken* (Worst Ending): Bot crisis was too much, TF2 players are driven out of the game.

for some reason, the neutral ending seems the worst to me, obviously it would've been better if the game was alive and got updates, but having only creators.tf servers means that we can't just let go of the game as easily if it fully died, it's more melancholy

there's literally only one developer that "works" on TF2, releasing the seasonal updates and small bug fixes, nothing would change if he quit, and he probably won't, since he probably also works on other projects in Valve, and it's also very luxurious to work at Valve.
9:19 favorite ending
here's a list of how to get all the endings:
Good Ending 1 (0:00): Simply go back to sleep when the game starts.
Bad Ending 1 (0:25, 21:26, 30:37, etc): While in Normal dificulty or higher, Kill all the Mercenaries.
Good Ending 2 (0:48, 5:56, 22:31): Reach the end of the game without triggering any of the other endings.
True Ending 1 (1:11, 23:31): Reach the end of the game, and defeat the "final boss", but with the Bot Army bar (the one that shows how much Bots are on the battlefield) at max
Pacifist Ending 1 (1:36): Reach the end of the Server Status Researches and finish the "BoTF2 Project" before the end of the 4th year and without attacking any of the Bot Camps
Secret Ending 1 (2:09): Accept the bot's offer that appears in November of the 2nd Year while having the Valve Server Status Bar (the one that shows the performance of the Valve Servers) on max.
True Good Ending 1 (2:48): Complete all the "Take down the Overlord" tasks in time (1 year and a half after starting the quest) and then send JUST the Spy to the Overlord's Headquarters.
True Bad Ending 1 (3:14): Fail to complete the "Take down the Overlord" tasks in time.
Deadlock ending (3:44): Kill all mercenaries except for the Engineer, complete all of his researches, give him all of the upgrades, and reach the end of the 4th year with just him (i recomend that after completing all of Engineers Researches and Upgrades, kill all of the Mercenaries in december of the 4th year)
True Ending 2 (4:02): Release the Heavy update in december of the 4th year without killing any mercenaries.
Neutral Ending 1 (5:20, 17:57, 21:59): Make the Valve Server Status Bar reach 0 while having the TF.Creators Server Status Bar at any number.
Worst Ending (5:35): Accept Blizzard's offer at January of the 2nd Year.
Secret Ending 1 (6:21): Have the Player Base Bar (the one that shows how much real players are fighting in the battlefield) at 100 at the end of the 4th year (basically do the same for Good Ending 2, but keeping the Player Base Bar at max all the time)
Secret Good Ending (6:49): Change the captured Hacker's mind before the 1 year time you have him captured expires. (for this, i recommend sending Demoman equipped with a Bottle of Rum, or Engineer with a guitar to talk to him)
True Ending 2 (7:10): Basically the same as Good Ending 2, but instead of the Bot Army bar at 100, you must have the Player Base Bar and the Server Status Bar (you can have the Valve Servers and the TF.Creators Servers both at 50 and it will work out the same) at 100
Left 4 Dead Ending (8:07): It's an ending that can happen randomly when Researching and Releasing Updates while having the Player Base Bar at less then 10.
Minecraft Ending (8:16): Make a contract with Mojang while the Player Base Bar is less than 5
The Forbidden Ending (8:26): to obtain this one, you must complete all the Researches and Upgrades with a Orange Paw on it's description, and then Releasing the 4th Major Update (Pyro Update) before the end of the 4th Year
Joker Ending (8:45): This one is a Joke Ending, to obtain this one, you must get the Employees Morale Bar (the one that shows the performance of Valve's Employees) to 0 and then start advertising through memes and it will trigger this ending
True Bad Ending 2 (9:03): This ending is actually glitch, no one knows what happens exactly or how to trigger it, but most players who obtained this ending say that this ending screen suddenly appeared with an Earrape (like a Jumpscare) after losing one of their camps to the bots.
Half-Life Ending (9:18): Finish the "Freeman Project" before the end of the 4th Year, which will create a portal and a man with a Shotgun and a Crowbar in a Metallic Suit will jump out, and take care of the bots.
Medieval Ending (9:41): To obtain this one, conquer the Degroot Keep Camp and then lose all the other Camps you have until only Degroot Keep is left.
Old Ending/Classic Ending (10:00, 32:08): To obtain this ending, keep advertising Team Fortress Classic until the Player Base Bar in TF Classic gets to 100.
Impossible Ending (10:18): When it says it's almost impossible to obtain, it really is. in this order, first you have to get the TF Tubers on your side and the Workshop upgrade, then make Valve's Server Status Bar to reach 0, then the Player Base Bar, then the TF.Creators Server Status Bar and then you have to end your alliance with TF Tubers, everything in the 4th Year. (Good luck getting this one, i almost uninstalled the game out of anger trying to get this ending)
Secret Ending 3 (11:36): When visiting Valve's Headquarters, go into one of the Employees computers without being caught and type the password "9.99".
Ultra Secret Good Ending (11:58): Do the same as the Secret Ending 3, except that you have to put the years of when all of Valve games were released in order, so it's Half-Life - Team Fortress Classic - Half Life Opposing Force - Ricochet - Counter Strike - Deathmatch Classic - Half Life: Blue Shift - Day of Defeat - Counter Strike: Neo - Counter Strike: Condition Zero - Codename Gordon - Counter Strike Source - Half Life Source - Half Life 2 - Half Life 2: Deathmatch - Day of Defeat: Source - Half Life 2: Lost Coast - Half Life 2: Episode One - Garry's Mod - Half Life 2: Survivor - Half Life 2: Episode 2 - Portal - Team Fortress 2 - The Orange Box - Counter Strike Online - Left 4 Dead - Left 4 Dead 2 - Alien Swarm - Portal 2 - Counter Strike: Global Offensive - Dota 2 - Counter Strike Online 2 - Left 4 Dead: Survivors - The Lab - Artifact - Dota Underlords - Half Life: Alyx (which is 1998 - 1999 - 1999 - 2000 - 2000 - 2001 - 2001 - 2003 - 2003 - 2004 - 2004 - 2004 - 2004 - 2004 - 2004 - 2005 - 2005 - 2006 - 2006 - 2006 - 2007 - 2007 - 2007 - 2007 - 2008 - 2008 - 2009 - 2010 - 2011 - 2012 - 2013 - 2013 - 2014 - 2014 - 2016 - 2018 - 2020 - 2020)
BotSlayer Ending (13:04): Make the player base bar reach zero, kill all Mercenaries except for Soldier and Demoman, send both to the same mission, equip a Double Barrel Shotgun on Soldier, and have just Demoman die in that mission (i recommend sending Demoman with nothing equipped so it makes it easier for him to die).
Neutral Ending 2 (13:21): To obtain this, you have to not attack any of the robot camps, and refuse the Bot offer in November of the 3rd Year, and when you reach the end of the 4th year, it will trigger this ending.
Resistence Ending (13:49): This one is similar to the True Good Ending 1, for this, you have to complete the tasks for the "Backstab the Overlord" quest in time (1 Year after the start of the quest), and sucessfully implant a bug in the Main Server room of the Overlord's Main Camp with JUST a Spy
Bad Resistence Ending (14:21): there are 2 ways to obtain this, the first is not finishing the tasks of the "Backstab the Overlord" Quest in time, the other is sending the entire team instead of just the Spy to implant the bug in the Main Server Room.
Final Ending (14:49): To achieve this ending, you have to basically do the same as the Good Ending 2, but you can't lose a battle for a Camp, you can't lose Mercenaries and you can't lose Valve Employees, after this, the OverLord will challenge you to a battle, the *Final* Battle, defeat him and you get this ending.
Final Bad Ending (15:22): Do the same thing for the Final Ending but this time you have to lose against the Overlord.
Alternative Neutral Ending (15:51): To do this, you have to invest in PS3 and Xbox360 TF2, but don't invest in Crossplay, then, just let both the Valve's Server Status Bar and the TF.Creators Server Status Bar to reach 0.
Genocide Ending 1 (16:11): Complete all Researches in VAC and let the Player Base Bar reach 0

Pacifist Ending 2 (16:16): Turn your only camp into a Prison and wait for the bots to attack, if you survive the attack, the camp which attacked you will turn yours, make it a prison too, and keep making it until all Bot Camps remaining have been cornered by your camps, or conquered.
Tribute Ending (17:25): Get the Good Ending 2, but only lose the Soldier in battle, and then pay respects to him on his after beating the final "boss"
Secret Ending 4/Team Fortress 2 DLC Secret Ending (18:23, 21:00, 26:16): Basically the same as True Ending 2, but you have to kill at least 1 mercenary (if Heavy dies, this ending cannot be triggered)
Forever Ending (18:36): Keep your number of camps the same as the number of Bot Camps until the end of Year 4.
SpawnCamp Ending (19:10): This one is one of the easiest endings, you can literally obtain it by doing nothing, you just have to let the bots conquer your only camp, if they do that, you get this ending.
Terrible Ending (19:28): To get this ending you have to get the Mercenary Bot Research, and then you have to kill a mercenary and right after build a Robot Mercenary of the that was killed, do that until the last Mercenary dies (for the last Mercenary alive, build a Robot Mercenary before killing him, otherwise you'll get Bad Ending 1)
Spy Ending (23:03): Basically the same as the DeadLock Ending, except that you have to give all upgrades and researches to the Spy this time
Secret Ending 5 (24:05): Research and Release the Battle Royale Update and then let the Battle Royale Player Base Reach 100.
Final Ruin (24:21): do the same thing you did for Bad Ending 1, but with the game in Spanish
False Ending (24:54): only invest in Loot Crates until your player base reaches 0
Completionist Ending (25:31): This one is extremely difficult to obtain, only the Impossible ending and the Sacrifice Ending are more hard to obtain, to obtain this one, you have to release all the Character Updates before the end of the 4th Year, that's extremely difficult due to each Character Update Taking 6 months each to be completed, so you'll have to use the Instant Clear Perk (which permits you to instantly finish one Research or Update) on one of the Updates to get this ending (i recommend using the Instant Clear on the first one, the Heavy Update, to get an instant bonus on the Player Base Bar).
Genocide Ending 2 (25:58): Keep Killing bots until the end of the 4th Year, to do this, you'll have to let some of your camps be conquered just to reconquer it, when you kill the 50000th bot, this ending will trigger
Genocide Ending 3 (26:41): Conquer all camps, make player base reach 0, and kill all Mercenaries except for Heavy, done.
True Ending 3 (26:52): Complete all Scream Fortress researches and Upgrades in december of Year 4
Plot Twist Ending (27:09): Send the Spy to investigate the Blizzard Headquarters in Year 1.
Insane Ending (27:21): Finish the Heavy Update but never release it to trigger this ending
Happy Ending (28:06): to obtain this, you have to get Soldier and Demoman's Friendship bar up to 100 (sending them clean the explosives room together builds up a lot of friendship points for these 2)
Mystery ending (28:24): Set a Shutdown with 99:99 minutes (just keep pressing 10+ minutes until it turns into 99:99)
DIO Ending (29:19): When taking a stroll in the park during Medic's special event, you'll see a Stone Mask on the floor, use it in yourself and use Medic's blood to activate, then let the Bot Army Bar reach 100 and this ending will be triggered
Worst Ending 2 (30:09): Have your last employee to quit his job due to overworking himself (or you can fire all but one employee and let him take care of all the work)
Secret Ending 6 (32:23): This ending is a beta version of the True Ending 2 and Secret Ending 4 who was leftover on the game files
Sacrifice Ending (32:51): This one is super difficult to obtain, only the impossible ending is harder obtaining, in this one you have to have 0 bot army, 0 player base, 0 Valve and TF.Creators Server Status, and kill the last Mercenary and the final boss on the last mission at the same time (i recommend using the Kamikaze attack from Soldier). It's Over.
Nuclear Ending (34:07): When in the main headquarters, go to the radio and choose the frequence "23.10.2077", when you do this, a voice from a calm old man will ask for a password, the password is "Ring a Ding Ding, Baby" and then this ending will be triggered, Once in a Blue Moon.

Best Engineer gaming ending: Not knowing what to do and finally being fed up with the community complaining about it, Valve decides to get the help of the only man who could defeated the Bots, Dell Connegar. Upon hearing of the mechanical menace decides that their existence is an afront to him not just as an Engineer, but more importantly as a gamer. Causing him to bust out hundreds of sentry guns and wipe the floor with the bots like a true Texan would.
