முட்டை புர்ஜீ..... இதை முட்டை பொடிமாஸ் எனவும் சொல்லலாம்!!!! முட்டையை வேகவைத்து சாப்பிட்டு போர் அடிக்குதா!!!!! இந்த மாரி பொடிமாஸ் பண்ணா ரொம்ப நல்லாருக்கும் குழந்தைகளுக்கும் ரொம்ப பிடிக்கும் இது பூரி சப்பாத்தி சாதம்னு எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் சைடிஷாக வெச்சி சாப்பிடலாம் இத செஞ்சி பார்த்துட்டு உங்க கருத்துக்களை பதிவு செய்ங்க.

I do this often, but I add tomatoes to the onions along with some chicken masala and mash all together to a fine pulp before adding the eggs... Goes excellent with poori, parotta, chappathi and toasted bread...
