Egg bhurji is a scrambled eggs dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is sometimes compared with the Parsi dish akuri. The difference lies in its preparation and addition of sautéed chopped onions, chilies and optional spices. It is usually served with rotis or naan or pav/bread in Mumbai. - Jak na to + styl

Hello Varun, I've been watching every dish of yours. I love all of them. I just want to know that why we add tomatoes in egg burji which sweetens the dish when we want to get it spicy. any science behind it??
Ohh that serving white kadai was awesome... Looks yummy..

As an American who is learning to cook these kinds of food for the first time I have to say your videos are the absolute best. I've been watching them everyday and making more and more progress with my cooking! Thank you so much, keep up the amazing work.
Even many Indians can't cook Indian food . So we are all learning ! :)
Hi
Yeah, that's true indeed. I'm from the UK but Indian food is probably overall my favourite. Variations on bhurji have been a mainstay in my breakfast repertoire for at least the last couple of years since I discovered it, albeit with less oil and eggs than this since I just make it for myself. I wouldn't say that I'm a good cook in general, but the stuff I do make usually turns out pretty well. Masalas used properly are a gift to the world.
Go dean!
Robert how did u managed to get all the indiqn spices bro? I am curious btw
I question my existence when I see him chop so finely while saying "I'm gonna roughly chop them"
I too did
