Hey guys. My son bought one of these and we can't get it to fly. Once the controller is synced and we try to take off, one of the props stops spinning and causes the drone to tip over to the right. Any ideas? I've tried messaging the company and they seem non-responsive. I've tried to calibrate it by pushing both controllers to the bottom right but that doesn't seem to do anything.
ive jad a similar problem with a drone i wanted to review and unfortunately i think the gyros come bad from the factory or so off axis that the drone cannot fly. i would just return it and see if they have another in stock
