    Hello I replaced the complete pump assembly it is supposed to come with all of the sonnex upgrades I wish I knew if it had that metal coated gasket as well, I'm glad I come across this I do not trust the sealing rings I will be here checking mine tomorrow I have an engagement problem with reverse thank you very much for posting this he was saving a ton of people from headaches

    Is there a video apologizing to every shop in the country regarding that POS coated gasket that expands and loosens up the bolts cooking everything back to the 456? Torque converter included

      First CB, I said damn it how'd I do that? Must've walked away or answered the phone
      2nd one a week later. No way I did that twice. Started digging and found NUMEROUS shops across the country
      3rd was a few months later wasn't mine but still cost the shop.
      Supposedly had to load in press, torque down with red loctite. Leave it pressed for a bit, come back and give 10 more inch lbs. Jump through I million hoops for a part that never goes bad from factory, only aftermarket. Rumor is that gasket quietly disappeared
