Mango rum sound tasty? Less than 300 bottles were produced. Shop Brix Mango Rum: bit.ly/brix-mango-rum
At the bar, in all spritz’s I’ll go ice first, chill the glass, strain off any water, then Prosecco, liqueur followed by soda. Looks nice, and the liqueur distributes pretty well through the bubbly without having to stir & kill any of the carbonation
But as long as everything’s in the glass, it’s happy days
Glad I watched this 3 hours after it was released. 10AM in the UK is not the right time to be craving summer cocktails when it's -2C outside
You're one classy bartender Steve
"It's probably best to use this orange if I wanna stay married" LMAOO
Steve! When are we getting a Kat-Cam (POV) for the videos? Some of these reactions must be great!
We're in deep dark cold winter in Alaska, so I really appreciate thinking about summer. Enjoy!
I live on the other side of the hemisphere, but I love me some summer cocktails in winter!
Exactly! Summer cocktails all year round! 🥳
I get so happy every time I see this man gives the smile
Gotta go with Kat on this one, always go with the citrus wheel in the glass for a spritzer, so pretty
Your household seems to work just like mine does. I have a plan that I carry out until my wife strongly suggests a slight change to the plan. It’s nearly always a slight change for the better, though. Cheers!
Steve always a pleasure to watch your mad skills at work thanks for the awesome recipes
Thank you sir! 🙏
Hoping I can re-find this video come summer (6 months from now) in California.😂❤
Glad I discovered your channel! Love watching your videos and learning about new drinks!!
Thanks for following along - any favs from this video?
Amazing, well rounded recipes. I definately will be trying these (with or without that mango rum) 👌
As usual ,nice work Steve . Cheers
That rum looks incredible
Awesome work
I have that Brix mango gin - it's great!
Great flight of cocktails!!! That rum sounds interesting.
Paloma from your app is my go to summer cocktail.
Saturn looking really good, can you make a few coctails with Brandy
You may be excited about that one, but are you big kev levels of excited?
Will definitely be trying to mix these up, looks lovely!! Ta Steve
Welcome Joshua! 🙌
Defiantly? Or definitely?
@@marilynbeardslee2163 You saw nothing mate 😂
Hope you're feeling better, mate!
Getting there! I’ve still got a few vids filmed from 3-4 weeks ago so I’m yet to get back into the studio..
Hey Steve. I love mojitos. But that’s like minimal drink and a glass of ice. 3 pulls through the straw and it’s done 😂. Love passion fruit 😋😋😋. I don’t care for gin but this 2nd drinks ingredients are inviting. Love hurricanes. One of my fav drinks. I’ll suck that Hurricane down and order a 2nd to babysit 😋😂. I’ve acquired a taste for spritz’s. Would like the Hawaiian sunset. Anything sweet and citrusy. Thanks for sharing Steve. Definitely enjoying your book.
That’s the way to make an excellent mojito though.. balance and dilution!
3:05 did you just do a "slappy poo"?
If you know you know 😂
And a “crushy pants”.
@@shetuski like I said. If you know you know 🤣
Guess I won't be able to procure Brix rum here in Germany but the Saturn definitely looks to be my cup of, er, not tea. I'll use Passoa instead of passionfruit syrup, though, because that's what I've got on hand. Cheers! 🥂
I use a passionfruit liquer in mine (as that's what I have on hand) and it tastes awesome
@@erinahiggins7162 Yeah it turned out really tasty 🥂
Holy Crap Steve! Where the hell did you get that mint? It’s the biggest and most outstanding mint I’ve ever seen.
Hah, my local fruit shop always seems to have pretty good mint… I usually always have it in my garden but it had all died off at the time of filming… although it’s come back strong since 💪
Has anyone been able to get Liber & Co into Australia? The only place I can find it is on eBay at a huge markup ☹
My question too.
They’re not currently available in Australia but were previously stocked by Only Bitters.
Steve ( or anyone). Help!!! I have a litre of a Xmas pudding flavoured gin liqueur 27%abv. Any suggestions for a cocktail? So far my attempts are awful. I'm out of ideas.
First thoughts is to use it in a gin alexander (I’m assuming it’s sweet so you’ll need to use less cacao… or use a dry cacao.. only suitable if you want a dessert style cocktail tho..
It's December, and this guy is thinking of good beach-vibes! What a funny world 😅❤
December is hot in Australia! 😅
You always muddle your mint sir
2:05
*crying in european winter*
Summer? I thought it was December.
Australia..
I think you meant South Africa but not Australia 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yeah Australia DEFINITELY isn't in the souther hemisphere 🙄 100% totally
It’s winter
Summer in Australia.
First lol
Any amount of mint is obnoxious.
As a fellow Aussie it's a bit pointless making drinks your viewers here can't make with the ingredients used in the video. I'm talking about the Liber & Co syrups. At least explain where you got them from, why you are using them specifically, and what substitutes are available in Australia you could use instead.
You can always replicate any syrup by making it at home 👍
If only they made a device you could type said syrups into a search engine to find alternatives 🤔
@@AlexSmith-od4gqHe tried searching the alternatives on Ask Jeeves but nothing came up.
dont be a ken, stop complaining mate, do your own research.
Hello, it's looks so delicious, only a question, what is orgeat ?
Almond syrup 👍
