Logitech Webcams are hella expensive in Aus atm have no idea why, i've legit seen the C922 for like 70 AUD several years ago

what's wrong with the razer kyo pro? i have it and it freezes randomly while plugged on my pc...i downloaded their latest software that supposedly corrects that problem...but no! still freezes, and i connected to every possibly port on my pc, and i got a usb 3 port...how can i fix that? that's why i was tempted to get a logi

Hey! Sorry this may not be the right video to ask the question. Which webcam do you recommend best for 1080p/60FPS (traditional lighting)?
Logitech Brio. It's sharper than the Kiyo Pro and has a wider FOV even though the latter has better colors.
It also has more potential if you get better lights in the future or decide to use 4K at some point.

Kiyo Pro because of 1080/60 FPS, better colors, and better exposure.
Razer kiyo pro doesn't work for streaming on xbox one though :(

Hello! I need one just to take photos for a photo booth. Are there many differences between these cameras in photographic quality? I don't know if it's worth buying the most expensive one.
Webcams aren't really made for taking pictures. If you have an app (like the Windows camera app) it basically just takes a screenshot of the video feed. So the picture quality of all of them is going to be the same as the video.
Kiyo and Kiyo X are the same price in my country. The c920 and Kiyo Pro are almost double/triple the price of the first two.
I think my choice will be the original Kiyo. Thx for the vid.

I purchased the Razer Kiyo as a beginner. I just want to know why the box says 720p/60 and not 1080 anywhere. Is it just the box itself? I haven’t installed it yet just incase I need to return it for a different version
Yeah, I have the same box It says that because you can only do 60 FPS at 720p. It can still do 1080/30 though.

Great video! I just bought the Logitech C922 and then came across the Razer Kiyo X a day after…your comparisons with all 4 on at the same time is great! Any idea if the light on the Kiyo can be turned off, and if so, is the video quality just as good or not?
Yeah you can adjust the Kiyo's light by turning it. It can go from all the way off to 100%, but there's no % indicator to tell exactly where it is. If you have no other light at all it helps a tiny bit but adds a halo. If you have some sort of other light, you won't be able to tell if it's on or off video quality wise.
Fantastic video! Right now with prime day, the kiyo x can be had for 32 euro whereas the kiyo is 48, with the c920 being 65. At that point the kiyo x is the best deal out of the three, no?

this is the best way how to compare products well explained and great guidance to purchase products. Unfortunately, razer is not a Premium Brand, it's a regular chinese brand that you can buy anywhere, you just pay for the RGB that's it, product quality is not good

Are you sure it's the Kiyo X? It supposed to max at 720p 60 FPS or 1080p 30 FPS. Listed on the official product page, but I can also see all the available resolutions in OBS.
So Logitech 922 pro is now 69.99 and razor Kiyo pro is 99.99. which one will you recommend?

Man the "glow" of the Logitech is so annoying. Loot at your glasses. The eyes look so washed out, it looks as if the lens is dirty.
Plus the magenta tint makes it FAR less unrealistic color wise than any of the Razers.
I think the original Kiyo is the best sweet spot is budget is an issue - sharpness and overall crispness ( without much oversharpening ) does go a long way in making the image "feeling" better. The colors are a bit off, but the magenta on the Logi just looks like the old low quality webcams from 15 years ago.
If/when you buy the original Kiyo, you'll be able to see for yourself how radically off the colors are on it. It's hard to tell how exactly how bad it is without accurate reference footage.

This being said… Imma hit up one Kiyo original these days as its on a killer offer locally ( $50 ) so Imma head back here and drop my initial impressions 😬😬
@@mariusgodeanu5069 No, you can't properly color correct. There's no tint option in the software. You can change the white balance and saturation, but you cannot control the tint which is the primary problem. Due to this, you also can never replicate the camera's auto white balance with the UVC controls.
When you drop your impressions, go ahead and post a side by side video of what the colors look like compared to a mirrorless or DSLR. That's where the inaccuracies will be apparent.
