How to send an Email with Attachments from SharePoint list using Power Automate Flow

This Power Automate video will demonstrate to you how to send an Email with Attachments from a SharePoint list using the Power Automate flow.

Hi, and thanks for your video.
I did the same as you instructed but the attachments are published from an Power Apps solution to a Sharepoint Headers list (not a Document Library), and now after the request has been submitted via the app, the approvals action is the next step in the process flow where the Automation flow would stop if the varAttachments is added to the Approvals.
In this case I created the same Email (v2) step as you did and added the varAttachments there but now the recipient of the Approvals request and then the email for the attachments gets multiple emails (as many as there are attachments). So, if 4 attachments were made, then the approver is getting 4 emails for those alone + 1 for the Approvals action.
Any idea how to get this sorted out?
