Steel Commanders is about the evolution of tank warfare which is why it started out with knights cause they were the earliest forms of tanks it also doubles as a advertisement for WoT cause they dropped a new tank the Sabatank as you saw it also features Tina Guo who is a world renowned cellist who worked on several movies like Wonder Woman she's also performed with them at Wacken when they played Swedish Pagans
The Cellist is Tina Guo, she has also done one live song "Swedish Pagans" with them at Wacken. She has also done live performances with Hans Zimmer and you can hear on the sound track of many movies.
Let's not forget the Wonder Woman theme.
Also many video games have her performing the soundtracks for them. Tomb Raider:Reloaded, Cyberpunk 2077, Erica, Extinction, Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2, Shadow of the Beast, Assassin's Creed Syndicate and finally Journey and Call of Duty Black Ops 2 are all games she has performed music for.
The video is made in collaboration with Wargaming .... who also did the Bismarck video. Wargaming has made World of Tanks and World of Warships.
Sabaton actually has a tank in World of Tanks called Primo Victoria, and they play it from time to time :)
and the knight themed tank at the end of the video is the new Sabaton Tank you can get in game
I honestly thought it was a song about knights...and then the tanks came.

In this music video Sabaton places the new Swedish tier 9 premium tank from Wargamings in the game World of Tanks in front of the Strv K and its 3D skin which he accepts at the end of the video. There is also the complete Sabaton band as a crew with their voices. I have already earned it and I have to say that it is a really successful project again.
To many reactors go for live shows, but Sabatons official videos is well worth to check, they always go all in.

I tell you one thing it had some awesome Graphics in it....and what was a commercial doing in the middle of the video, I was really getting into the video and then a commercial popped up....lol....and no Sharlene you can't have a tank I want to live to see ya'lls next video....lol....but a great song tho....and I love the beautiful cellist player in it....nice!!....keep up the awesome work guy's...."Never Stop the Music"

I'm a big Liliac Fang but also a big Sabaton fan. Mainly because they have similarities- Creativity, Energy, Crowd Interaction, Talent, Fun, and they are just great human beings.

This is a Wargaming add basically (the same chaps that made the Bismarck video, because they have both a warship and a tank game, and a plane one noone plays) and the yelloe magic thingy is the player controlling the tanks in game, and switching to new ones while they wait for the match where they got blown up to finish. And with the knight in the begining it also symbolises how tanks are the modern nigh unstoppable heavily armoured unit. The video came about because World of Tanks is getting its second Sabaton themed tank. Now last time i played you didnt quite have British Mark V's but everything after that in the video is in the game. As this is a Sabaton official video, the name of the game is accuracy, when they get knocked out by the shot from the American heavy tank that is actually something that can happen to your crew in the game when taking a hit. They also recover and aim a shot at the machinegun port in the American's heavy hull armor, as it is a weakpoint and you also do that in the game. Sabaton members are also being added along with the new tank as crewmembers, hence them driving a tank (besides the obvious "why wouldnt they drive a tank" reason)
I think it's like the spirit of a real Steel Commander. And it seeks for the best one on the battlefield.

Steel Commanders is the Third music video produced with the assistance of the video game company Wargaming. The first was " Primo Victoria " followed by " Bismarck ".
Wargaming puts out the games World of Tanks, World of Warships as well as World of Warplanes.
Primo Victoria and Steel commanders both coincided with the release of premium tanks for World of Tanks. The first was the Primo Victoria ( Name of the Tank ) then the Strv K also known as the Spirit of War. The Tank with the golden filigree at the end of the video is a custom skin you can earn for the Strv K.
You should check out Sabaton's video No Bullets Fly. It's about a true story of aerial combat over Europe during WW2. You'll like it......

And no, WoT/WoW gives them effectively unlimited budget. You can see it in the Soldier of Heaven as well. Having what is a ILM grade CGI-Effects company as a partner has made their music videos into nearly studio films.
