Argylle Review - Who Greenlit This Mess?

I had 3 major issues with the film, and a thousand lesser ones
1. Casting, Rockwell and Howard do not fit their parts. Howard herself needed to be in a lot better shape if we're supposed to believe she can win any sort of fight in the third act
2. Trailer Bait and Switch, Cavill and Cena are heavily presented in the trailers, and little more than cameos in the movie
3. Final Act costumes, the characters are dressed like characters from her books, but are in the wrong costumes. Elly should be dressed like Argyle, not the villain, and Aiden should have a Hawaiian shirt, otherwise it makes no sense.
Then there's the stupidity that is the two final revelations, which reveal exactly nothing. Cavill's appearance makes no sense and the post credit scene has nothing to do with anything.

I disagree. It wasn't a masterpiece, but it was enjoyable as long as you didn't take it too seriously.
