Every school needs to be urgently checked by the PTA and the local authority to establish exactly what is being taught to our children and why they think identifying as a cat is a good idea. People need to be banned from going anywhere near children over this.

When I was a kid my dad told me "you can think you are whatever you want, but what you think you are and what you really are will always be two different things. You can identify as whatever you want, but it doesn't change the reality of what you are". More people need a person like that in their lives.
To be clear, I think that people can believe whatever they want, as long as they don't force others to play along with their beliefs. Keep them to yourself, but accept that people will treat you as what you really are. It's the same with sexuality, which I think should be a private matter. In early June, the company I work for has put up a page on our intranet about pride month, and how "diversity & inclusion" can be realized at the workplace. Here's my take: how about everyone just does their job while at work and keeps their sexuality out of the workplace? There you go, problem solved.

I am just trying to figure out what happened to some of these teachers....it seems that many of them were hiding in the closet and now they are coming out and are free to share their opinions with children, whilst before they could't, because they would lose their job or be attacked by a parent, who would for sure win the battle. As a teacher myself for over 3 decades in Nepal, hopefully with some semblance of sanity, I would recommend that the teacher in question should be asked to change his/ her profession if he/she feels uncomfortable in his/ her role ( i.e. veterinarian, zoologist, etc, etc. ) or seek professional psychiatric help.

We did. There were some worrying trends at our local public school - certainly nothing this extreme however, and we immediately removed them. It had already happened at their daycare when new owners literally threw out vast amounts of Lego and books and replaced them with fake iPads. These people are confusing the concept of gender with a bunch of other things like personality traits, preferences, delusions, etc.. That's bad enough in of itself, but that we're all expected to play along by ignoring reality, science, etc or we're being "despicable" is just the icing on the cake. People can (pretend to) be whatever they want, but there's absolutely nothing that obligates me whatsoever to make believe along with them. If that encounter had happened here in the States, that student's First Amendment Rights would have been soundly violated by that teacher and there would have been a lawsuit.

I fully agree with the last statement if they want to identify as a certain animal they should get treated like one (Eat cat food from a bowl, drink water from a bowl, put flea treatment on their back, somehow clean themselves using only their tongue, use a cat box, stay home 24/7, get left outside if they escape, lay on the asphalt or hood of a car, groom themselves) guarantee theyâll change their tune real quick

At first I kind of laughed it off but itâs got to a point now where itâs actually concerning and if me and my girlfriend have kids in the future then Iâm frightened to put them to a school in the uk if this is whatâs going on. @@DiceKrispy good point, but the problem is that woman is actually difficult to define. 18 year old female(especially a virgin one) would be called girl, and I doubt someone would say "18 year old woman", despite her being an adult. My definition has exceptions, but there are only few of them(how much healthy females stay virgins after 20?, lol), or I can add something like "or a human female above certain age threshold", completing my definition.
