What if u have both vaccines already do u still have to pay for a test on arrival

Dear connect u 2 africa, Which covid test previous to your departure to Ghana will be accepted. I read pcr. But I also read antigen is what they'll do in Ghana themselves. I don't want to do a PCR because it can detect infection up till 3 months after. Which is long after recovered but within the scope of me wanting to fly out to Ghana.

Thank you I was told by my doctor that I can not receive the yellow fever vaccine, I have a letter, do I still need that letter information put on the yellow fever card .
Just have the letter alone and that’s all you need
