  • Light & fluffy keto pancakes, anyone?! Watch the video and read the reviews to decide for yourselves! I didn’t want to create another keto pancake recipe since there are so many variations out there…but trust me, you need to try this version! My recipe testers and I worked so hard on this recipe the last 2 months. Trust us, it’s delicious!
    My recipe testers were so helpful in providing feedback for all the different variations I had, and I am so thankful. By this time, we know about substitutions; what works, and didn’t work. I made the executive decision to publish this version, and I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

    These pancakes are amazing! After years of trying various keto recipes, I finally found the one. I did not have lupin flour, so I used extra almond flour instead. I used melted butter and eritritol as the sweetener. I also used the Keto Asian Flavours keto buttermilk. Adding the sweetener to the batter absolutely added to the flavor. My main issue with other keto recipes was the texture. The texture in this recipe is just right. The pancakes are fluffy and don't feel like a substitute trying its best to be a pancake. I used a cast iron skillet to cook the pancakes in. I recommend taking the skillet off of the heat after each batch for a few seconds so that it doesn't overheat. The flavor is absolutely amazing. I had my keto syrup ready to go, but I didn't need it. I'll keep it handy since my cravings change often, but for today, I'm quite pleased with the pancakes on their own without the syrup. I'm happy that I can finally stop searching. What's next Keto Asian Flavours?? I'm feeling inspired :)

    Omg omg omg omg!!! I did these yesterday. I followed the modified recipe shared in the website. Suggesting the use of sour cream mixed with almond milk, and also I skipped the lupin flour as I don’t have any. And the pancakes came out beautifully 🥞 my entire Keto family approved of them. As they were very fluffy and they had a nice mouth feel. No gritty texture and no egg flavor. Thank you ketoasian for sharing such wonderful recipes!!! Please keep in doing what you are doing! You are great!! GENIUS!!!

    I made these and they are extremely delicious! The exact substitutions I made are as follows: I used the sour cream and milk sub for the buttermilk, left out the lupin flour and psyllium husk, subbed the lupin flour per instructions (with more almond flour) and used 6g of pecan flour in place of the 6g psyllium husk. I'm very sensitive to psyllium husk and I thought maybe the pecan flour would give it more of that "whole wheat" flavor and texture and I was right!! Everything else I did exactly according to the instructions including removing the chalazae (highly recommend). These reheat extremely well in a toaster!! I will be making these pancakes exclusively from now on!! ❤

    I made these today. I was planning to use the dairy free buttermilk, but instead used your original recipe. I cooked mine in the Dash mini which compressed them more than a pan would, but they were really delicious. Fabulous recipe!

    I cant help but commend you on your insane work ethic and the astounding amount of trial and error you clearly have put into creating this recipe. Looks really good. Can you please try and create a base cake recipe. Would love to have a good go to keto recipe for vanilla cake etc i wonder how will this batter work if we try baking a cake out of it 🤔

      I already started experimenting with a base cake recipe. I tried making it in the rice cooker and it failed 😂 It shouldn’t be hard for me at this point. I have some ideas.

      I would use agar agar. Texture might be slightly different but it should work well.

      It is my favourite, too! But it doesn’t work too well here…I do not suggest using allulose for this recipe because it will brown and burn quickly before it is fully cooked. These pancakes need time to rise. If taken off the heat too early, you will not get fluffy pancakes.
