It would honestly depend on the wattage and size of the fridge, but it'll likely run a full size fridge for about 5-6 hours. If you plan to run a fridge for more than that, then I would recommend something with at least 1100+ watt hours.

Absolutely! Im not sure of the exact number, but charging up both, I'd say at least 10+ times on both
Any idea how long it would last by just charging phones and USB batteries?
I honestly don't know off the top of my head, but definitely more than 50+ charges on a phone or comparable USB devices.
