Raga Kirwani on Sarod: 3 Fast Compositions:Rahul Bhattacharya (Sarod) & Pandurang Torvi (tabla)

Continuing my quest of publishing more sarod compositions- raw video from the fast part of Raag Kirwani- from a recent house concert. These compositions are not in the typical structure of sarod compositions - coming from sitar and vocal origins
Three compositions in fast 16 beat time cycle (drut teentaal) and need good left hand technique.
#1: A unique composition by Ustad Shahid Parvez - with a unique twist in the 2nd para (antara)
#2: A vocal composition also popular on instruments
#3 : Fast composition by Ustad Amjad Ali Khan
Kirwani, identical to the harmonic minor scale, allows plenty of room for interpretation. The three compositions are aligned melodically... but have different structures
