Main concern part is delivery. When single restaurant handles delivery then it's difficult. Only few restaurants can have delivery partner who will deliver on time.

Sir your Explanation is very good. It would be better if Govt. Organising some things for delivery partner s App.
They are suffering. Restaurant Partner are Suffering. Swiggy Charges 23percent and long distance charges. They take 10percent for promotion and Restaurant partner are not having time to Reconsile the payment So things are not at transparent for customer also they fight with Restaurant mgt. They are not able analise that reason

if ONDC is a government service, then we can easily understand its standard level. Private players will still rule provided they will lower the cost. Only point is Zomato & Swiggy are costly, so restaurants can themselves deliver and can charge 50rs extra

ONDC will become a disaster for consumers, i agree with that swiggy and Zomato charges . But in ondc there's no third party, so in case of late delivery there's no one to help, in case of smelly foods there's no one to give your money back. These services could never be handled properly by the government. UPI is a whole different thing please don't compare. Imagine having no app for food delivery service 😂
