    I've already tried pilates and yoga, but I swear there's nothing as relaxing as your stretching routines, Alessia. Also, you always awake a happy positive feeling with your encouraging words. Thank you 💗

    Alessia, your videos are awesome. Would you by chance have any stretching workouts for those of us that cannot get down on the floor???? Back stretches and hip stretches especially???? Thank you for all that you do Alessia.

    Stupid question: how can you achieve a completely flat straddle if you hips are not open enough? I have tried for more than 40 years and there are always 10 cm missing, and no way I can do butterflies... :(
