it makes way more sense for anakin to visit luke with the world between worlds instead of ahsoka. luke is anakins SON and needs all the advice and training he can get. when anakin says to ahsoka "you will be everything i am, all the knowledge i possess" that should be for luke not ahsoka

It is possible between Return of the Jedi and Luke's death that Anakin had already done this...we see him show himself as a force ghost at the end of RoTJ so more than likely this happened just not on screen.
Luke arguably became the most powerful Jedi to ever live so that makes it an even better chance.
