    there will be hardly any employees in data center. It's mostly Hardware/machines. So, it won't create too many indirect jobs in nearby areas. So, it's a good idea to buy and sell once the center is ready, because u can appreciation with the hype and sell before the hype goes down.

    The main problem I see is that one data centre cannot form a chain of data centres in an area unlike IT companies. Employee count working in a data centre will be much less compared to a software company.

      It helps in development of infrastructure, more IT biggues setting shops (including siftware developmentcentres etc.), making a hub.

      They might say data center...but who knows they can create some units for other development projects when they are out of space at Thier main building

    What your opinion regarding incredible india project in kondurg , poorvabhaas phase 2. The site is as I was informed is under DTCP proposed state and not approved and booking has been started on EMI scheme by company.Plots on site are marked on Map of company but presently not demarcated on ground, but they assures that it would be done by August 24 . Pls throw some light on this.

    Thanks Saurabh for bringing info to people but ur thought on DC announced locations & even China jeeyar ashramam investment strategy is wrong at least China Jiyar Swamy in & around location are useless in long term as there is no scope for development in long term. What will come out as a profit while investing near China Jiyar ashramam. From my ideology there is nothing long term investors can gain out of it except real estate developers, agents, & short term investors who buy , sell & go away to different location for reinvestment to sell again. My sincere request to normal middle class or hard earned long term investors please stay away from these long distance locations. Some how we can believe mucherla pharma city but don't k ow how true it will be come into reality.
    Hey on ground reality is when it comes to a major data center it will typically have around max 100 to 150 employees from all domains. But people like real estate investors like normal middle class people don't know about this truth & think as if lots of employment will be generated for these DC's.
    So it's better to stay away from these smart fooling hipe marketing strategies & better u invest ur amount in & around ORR that to less than 10 Kms outside ORR . I suggest not even invest near to RRR also there also lots of hipe market.
    This is the fact & finally it's up to u. At present state of real estate, people r making money who just invest to resale in short time but at last the long term investors will stuck very badly in a situation where they will be unable to resale their plots after some years.

    sentiments are not positive due to heavy inflation in prices. experts believe this is artificial growth and this can collapse anytime soon.

      I own a plot in peri urban zone, inmulnarva-microsoft data centre road (kothur) it's a very beautiful and peaceful place.
      Your question about R1 conversation, let me tell you mr. Srikanth, this peri urban zone lies between rangapur/inmulnarva R1 and mekaguda R1 zone (kothur), if this is your similar case then probably "yes" as per the speed of growth.
      Anyways, the good thing is our state is in good hands.

      The only impact is it requires lot's of cooling and I don't understand why MS is building a datacenter in such hot and humid area. Apart from that I don't see any environmental impact.

      I believe govt are planning to expand the highway to six-line from the airport to Kothur...I think most of the kothur region comes under the R1 zone...there is already a famous tourist attraction near kothur...the recently opened "Samatha Murthy" statue...and there is a smart city coming up by the famous 'MyHome' group...I think Kothur is a pretty good place to invest and that too an HMDA layout...even better 👍
