There are those who revel in a prospect of a civil war, and there are those who feel a sense of responsibility towards the pixels and digital citizens we manage in games like Victoria 3. Myself, I take it as a condition of personal victory, how long I go without civil wars or how few I have in a country run. Let's look at the political calculations needed to avoid plunging a nation into internecine conflict!

I've found your videos to be really intriguing, especially the one about the whole concept of the Nation, its evolution, implementation and drawbacks. I recognise that I'm not very knowledgeable about the topic (only just after watching your video I recognised its true importance), but I would like to change that so as to be able to compare it with globalism for a side-project. I am aware that I may come up as too upfront, but I would like to know if you would reccomend some works of literature that adress either of the topics. Regardless, I cannot understate the quality of your videos and I can only wish for you to continue sharing with us such amazing insights.

In my experience, it keeps popping up... and, historically in the USA, the practice continued in locations of dubious jurisdiction even though it was generally outlawed. Having more responses, where the challenged refuses and gives more radicalism to the challenging faction and more loyalty among the challenged, would be nice.
