There have been no official investigations conducted by Israeli authorities or independent parties into the deaths of all the Israelis who were killed on Oct 7-10. The Israeli government has refused to conduct any thorough investigation and has also not allowed international parties to investigate the deaths of all of the Israelis who were killed that week. As long as the Israeli government doesn't allow an official investigation to be conducted and hides some of the truth, the harder it'll be for everyone to find out what really happened and how some of the Israeli victims actually died. Not a single Israeli was raped or sexually assaulted by Hamas or any other Palestinian on 7 Oct 2023. I'm saying this not only because Hamas has repeatedly denied those false accusations, but also because there's no evidence or witnesses to support those claims made up by Israel.

Another fact that might shock you. It wasn't a Palestinian's land. There were some private plots owned by Arabs, which later (1964) adopted the name Palestinians, and there were some private plots owned by Jews. The land, as a whole, wasn't Palestinians' land. I'll explain some more without even going too far into history.
WW1 - The Ottoman Empire, along with others, fell. The winning parties formed the League of Nations, hoping to start an era of reaching diplomatic solutions to solve conflicts instead of wars (It failed, but it was a worthy concept). The League of Nations decided to divide the land they gained in the war and decided to create mandates that would later turn into states. With the increase of Anti-Semitism and Pogroms against the Jews at that time, the Zionist movement wanted to re-establish a state for the Jewish people, so they worked on it diplomatically. The British mandate was supposed to help with that.
Interesting fact: Jews started a new wave of returning to their homeland way before the British Mandate. You can notice the increase starting around 1882 when the land was under the Ottoman Empire after first receiving permission from the Ottoman Empire to immigrate to their land.
WW2 - It became apparent the Jews needed a state, but the British deemed the conflict in the country irreconcilable since the Jews wanted a state and the Arabs wanted the Jews not to have a state. At this point, the local Arabs didn't want a state. The Arabs wanted to join Syria and become Southern Syria. Nationalism was a concept brought on by the West, and all they wanted was to be part of the Ummah. So, the British moved the decision of what to do with the land to the UN (which replaced the League of Nations). However, not before giving a huge chunk of the land to the local Arabs (See Jordan, and while you are at it, feel free to compare the size to Israel). The UN decided to partition the remaining land, which they did according to the local population in towns, villages, kibbutzim, and so on. In the end, the proposed partition gave the Jews the parts of the land that mainly were desert and swamps. The Jews accepted, and the Arabs didn't.
Another interesting fact: Before the British returned the decision to the UN, they tried to solve this and came up with the Peel Commission in 1936, which gave the local Arabs 80% of the land left after they created Jordan. And the Jews with 20%, which already had a Jewish population. The Jews didn't accept this plan, but more importantly, the Arabs also rejected it. Pointing to the fact that it was not about land.
The British mandate ended, and the British left, at which point the Jews declared their independence in which they stated:
"WE APPEAL - in the very midst of the onslaught launched against us now for months - to the Arab inhabitants of the State of Israel to preserve peace and participate in the building of the State on the basis of full and equal citizenship and due representation in all its provisional and permanent institutions.
WE EXTEND our hand to all neighboring states and their peoples in an offer of peace and good neighborliness, and appeal to them to establish bonds of cooperation and mutual help with the sovereign Jewish people settled in its own land. The State of Israel is prepared to do its share in a common effort for the advancement of the entire Middle East."
The response: All the neighboring Arab countries, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Transjordan, Lebanon, and the Arabs that were already in the land attacked Israel. Now, regardless of everything that happened until this point. There was a civil war and now a full-scale war in which the Arabs were the aggressors.
Some of the Palestinians left since there was a war starting, and people tend to go when there is war. Some of them left because their leaders told them to leave and that once the Arab armies were victorious and annihilated the Jews, they would be able to return to their homes.
Indeed, some of them were expelled (like the people from Lydda and Ramla), but those were the minority. They were, after all, members of the attacking factions in a war. The balk of the Arabs left because the leaders told them to leave.
Overall, around 700k Arabs (there are different opinions about that number) fled/evicted/left Israel. And over 100k Arabs accepted the creation of the Jewish State and stayed in Israel. (Today, there are 2 million, and they have equal rights to every other Israeli).
The war ended. Israel won. Now, there are around 700k Arabs Refugees who were expecting to return to their home, as their leaders promised. But, Israel didn’t allow them to return since the creation of a Jewish state was to prevent acts such as a “war of extermination” and people trying to get rid of the “Jewish problem,” as their leaders said earlier. If they were to accept Israel, they would have stayed like the 100k Arabs that did and would have prospered just like they did. An important thing to remember is that when you win a war, you win the land. It's a risk leaders take when starting a war.
What usually goes unmentioned is that in reaction to the creation of the Jewish state and this war, the Arab countries around Israel forcibly expelled their Jewish population. Those were around 800k Jews who were forced to leave their homes, land, and leave everything behind.
Until now, everything mentioned is known and documented history. Below is an interpretation of the result.
The land wasn't stolen, and the entirety of Israel is not occupied. And except for private plots (part of which were bought by Jews), the entirety of Israel wasn't owned by anyone. It was part of the Ottoman Empire, then part of the British Mandate, and then it became part of Israel.
If you look at the world back then and the years before, and as it is in the Middle East, the only difference in the way modern Israel was established was that a minority of oppressed people established a country on land that used to be their homeland. They always had some presence, and while they tried to do it in peaceful diplomatic ways, they were met with strong resistance, so in the end, they fought for it.
There are two ways to handle something wrong that happened to you.
1) Shake it off and find a way to move forward and improve your life.
2) Find someone to blame for all your problems.
The Arab leaders blamed others for their unexpected defeat, on the land not being under Islam anymore and, even worse, the Jews (Dhimmis that were a minority that no one wanted to let in) controlling the land. This was unacceptable to them, hence the wars afterward.
So again, it was never Palestinian land. It wasn't stolen.

They were the representatives of the people, and after a while of being attacked and betrayed, a few people split from that group and became more extreme. And again. The small groups believed diplomacy had failed and we needed an armed and more active approach.
Lord Moyne, who was assassinated in Egypt, was responsible, among other things, for preventing 1 million Jews that could have been saved from returning.
The main difference between our small terror groups (I consider 300 members small) and groups like Hamas is that they targeted people who were part of the system. Mostly, they didn't target innocent civilians. While Hamas, PIJ, Hezbollah, Fatah, PLO (in their early days, now they use others), and more specifically, target civilians.
