Noticed that you have a light bar in front behind the grill. I had same arrangement and during an exceptionally hot few days the engine temperature increased drastically. Realized that the light bar was partially blocking the air flow to the radiator. Removed the light bar and seemed to solve the overheating problem. .FYI.
good tip! thank you
It's crazy how tight it is getting to the lines, i need to do mine but im dreading that. I'm thinking about doing braided lines too a tru cool 40 cooler
the official documents say to support the transmission, remove the transmission cross member support, and then lower the trans down until you get access to the lines, but it was such a hassle i tried to just wedge my arm in there lol
the first attempt i lost half of my arm hair, very unpleasant xD second attempt i put on an old long sleeved shirt, worked better.
Good luck with the H3 and thanks for the link to that wrench. I just finished replacing rusted out transfer lines on the steering rack of my Colorado and that wrench would certainly have helped me. I will have to pick some up.
in such a small space to work, it made it very quick! glad it helped!
👍
Hey man where did you get the lines from
from rockauto.com but be sure to get the adapter with it, it's suggested in the item description on the site
