רפואה שלמה! לגבי העובדה שעצומים עיניים כשמתעטשים, הכרתי מישהו שהתעטש בנהיגה על כביש מהיר, עצם את העיניים לשניה וכשהוא פקח את העיניים, גילה שהוא נכנס לתחת של הרכב שהיה לפניו. אז לפעמים צריכים גם למנוע את העיטוש. כדי לעשות את צריך ללחוץ חזק לתחת לאף והעיטוש לא יצא. הטריק הזה יכול להציל אותכם במקרה חירום:)

Seriously, Vitamin D seems to play a big part in the immune system. The skin makes it (when UVB rays are allowed to reach it). That's probably why diseases spike in winter, and why taking supplementary D is a good idea. There's also a suggestion that zinc helps with colds.

Wonderful video, as always! I wonder if that sun trick works for everyone, there's a genetically inherited reflex known as ACHOO (Autosomal Dominant Compelling Helio-Ophthalmic Outburst) syndrome, or just photic sneeze reflex, that causes people to sneeze due to looking at bright lights, such as the sun. So maybe this technique only works on people who have this genetic tendency.

hi. I have another advice, just in case when you're sometimes in need to a v o i d a sneezer: rub the nose tip with your finger, when you feel a sneezer coming. it works. J'adore votre video. I follow your french channel too.

One suggestion: I would translate
באמצע החיים
as "in the middle of your life" instead of "mid-life", at least in this context. The construction "mid-life" doesn't really work, at least not in this situation, and it sounds like "midlife" which would be more like "when you're in your 40s/50s".

Memrise told me that in biblical hebrew, the same word for nose can also mean anger. Does that sound right? (It also told me that evil and friend can be the same word which I think is really weird. Have you ever heard that?)

I take biblical Hebrew things with a grain of salt because can we really know or are evil men trying to change the Word of God? There's a really weird thing in biblical Hebrew that they tell us that if you have a vav as a prefix, just the word "and", then it flips the word from past tense to future tense and future tense to past tense!!! Have you ever heard that? Still having a bit of trouble wrapping my mind around that one..
