The way that she's fighting for her life to try to keep it chill and grasping for a single ice breaking comment. She gives a lot of those (with that perfect delivery) during that double date when she trying to match Danny and Lucy.

Danny is the worst and I hate how she just gets back to him like an itch she can't scratch. Danny was toxic, they are better apart instead of arguing all the time.
She does break up with him and only gives him a chance after years apart and him changing his attitude and behavior. There was growth, evolution and maturity on both sides.
@@taraz6786 we didn’t see that maturity because it was the last episode they got together and they were still arguing, thinking it was passion. Nah, Danny sucked, I liked that other doctor though with the southern twang, his character grew into a better, likeable person and I reckon he wouldn’t of stopped Mindy from having a career. I liked Danny at first but soon as they got into that relationship and had a baby his personality went to 💩
@@TheCherrykye Jody and her didn’t have that explosive chemistry and he was actually extremely immature with her, especially when she rejected him. Also there were like a few episodes of Danny in the last season where we can see the difference and how affable their relationship had become. That last scene was a spat, which is normal but if you notice, unlike before he takes in her consideration, listens and unlike before does not treat her as expendable but rather as a partner. He invests in her business, knowing that was her dream, whilst setting clear boundaries. He stuck up for her in front of the principal about her being a working mother, advocating for her, showing her the respect he didn’t before. He therefore supported her career, ambition, role as a mother and just as a human being, so pls tell me how that isn’t growth? They grew into each other and became compatible, that happens. It was simply a case of right person, wrong time.
