Train 2-4 times a week for the best results. The planche is about a 5/10 in terms of injury prone exercises, so do a proper warmup and don’t overtrain. The planche will take serious dedication and time. You absolutely will not get the planche in 2 weeks or in most cases 6 months. Some people will achieve it in a few months, and some will achieve it in a few years. Of course, depending on your genetics and starting strength.
Note: the straddle planche will be easier for some people because of hip adductor flexibility. (Legs can straddle much wider making the planche easier)

Nice vidéo! Some questions : how old are you ? , how long did it take you to get from tuck to adv.tuck ? And for your straddle you have à huge split, I guess it really helps but at the same time it makes your lower back arch à little bit, you don't feel too.much pressure on your lower back when doing the straddle ?
Thanks for the support 🙏 I’m 14 years old. From tuck to adv tuck it took me about 3-4 months. Yes the split helps but it will be much harder to move on towards the full planche. I don’t feel much pressure on my lower back
