RLJ cyclist 3 + Crash at Limehouse link tunnel

Just taking of from the lights when I noticed a RLJ cyclist. I turned right decided to move quickly to RED lights (safely I may add) just to see what this cyclist is going to do :( straight through the 2nd RED, could it be 3rd time lucky (betting man), I wait at RED & of course this clustermonkey cyclist went through the RED not good.
Entering the Limehouse link tunnel when I see a crash, I think because fo the rain the person behind did not adjust there speed.
