This is episode 200 of the Angry Video Game Nerd (AVGN), a review of every game published by LJN. This is part 3 of 3, the final part! Making a video game has been harder than the Nerd and even the developer thought. But, while that process rushes to the deadline, the Nerd will review the last batch of LJN games to complete their awful catalog. These being the wrestling and miscellaneous games.

Little disclaimer: This episode was split into 3 parts because it's runtime is over an hour long in total. This made it easier to edit as we go. Also, Episode 200 was not made to sell a video game. The BTTF game you see (made in Unity by Sam) is just a plot device and not a "real" releasable game. Regardless, Sam's Unity files will be put online for free at the end of the 200 saga, next week. However, there is an upcoming 8-Bit NES AVGN game coming late next year, but it is completely unrelated to these episodes. Sorry if anyone was a little confused!

LJN game reviews to completion, a side story on the horrors of game development, and a credits sequence so fitting and emotional that some people thought it was the end of AVGN. This one has it all!
Except humour.
The end credits really make it feel the end to an era: AVGN’s final LJN review
More like AVGN's final review, period. The end credits show all the characters from all AVGN episodes, not only LJN ones.
@@maciejkowalski2759 It could very well possibly be the last episode but it might just be a 200th episode send off into a new era of nerd. Possibly, or it could be the end. Either way it's been a blast, I wouldn't trade it for the world

It’s gonna be funny in 30 years when we all look back and say: “remember when we were scared he was done at episode 200?”😅
I look forward to him being an old man with a white beard, reviewing bad Xbox 360 games like in that one episode where he imagines the future; but for real.

The Angry "Angry Video Game Nerd" Nerd is actually the now-insane Board James with a new identity, having survived both the end of his own series as well as his own supposed demise at the hands of the Blood Stain Bears from the _Berenstain Bears_ episode.
Speaking of, if the AVGN is the true personality and Board James is his evil split personality, and Board James was executed for his crimes, then does that mean the AVGN killed Board James???
The best part was the special salute to Kyle and Mike at the end for being the original nerd-crew.
schön dich hier auch zu sehen XD
I was really glad to see that in there.
The ending makes it seem like this is the final video for the AVGN...
I have a feeling that this is supposed to signify the start of a break for a while. There are several other projects that have been mentioned or teased and there are only so many hours in the day and days in the year.
Well maybe he will move on to more modern games? Or maybe Board James will make a comeback.
While it would be a fitting ending, I don't think this will be the last episode.
But LJN was the "primary antagonist" of the AVGN and now that he covered every game they worked on, it's tough to find anything horrible to review.
Hopefully

Heh, I turned 30 just this year myself, and I remember him on GameTrailers quite clearly... I think I started watching these in 2006, but it might've been 2007. It really has been a delight to have the show stick around through all these years.

"And so, in 95' Acclaim performed an exorcism on LJN name, and so it was gone for 5 years. But like a demon, seeking a new host, it found another console to invade." Pure genius!
After more than 15 years of watching AVGN I feel a stronger attachment than any long lasting TV series can have. I think being in essence a one man show makes it feel more personal and we can relate to the nerd because we also grew up playing those games, awesome and horrible alike. Watching the AVGN feels like being in a close friend's house, his gaming lair is cozy and welcoming. My favorite show on the internet for sure, all the laughs I've had, amazing.

I'm sure AVGN will make an unambiguous announcement when he releases the final episode. Other than the elaborate credits, there is nothing that suggests this would be the final episode. It's only the end of his LJN reviews.
That in credit sequence made it feel like this was a series finale, and if it was, they went out on a high note. James, whatever you decide to do, we’ll be here watching.
I felt the same. Not gonna lie, as much as I'd love to see more Nerd, if it ended here, this is about as grand a finale as AVGN could possibly get: A major milestone for the series, definitively tackling the longest-running trend in it, ending in a grand farewell and look back across the entire series' 15 years history.
