Those 2 kids are considered his first two fans. One of those kids shows up in a rather noticeable way in a future music video
Yeah, basically, those few scenes are showing his full journey so far. The first is him performing in front of practically nobody, and then it turning around to a venue full of people going hard and vibing to the music, but then it shows NF walking off stage and washing off his make up which may refer to his "mask" or persona he has on stage and nothing is left but his face covered in discontent from still not feeling fulfilled or still wanting more
I really enjoy your breakdown of his songs. As a none musically inclined person it is fascinating to me how the musicians ear can hear so many things in the same music I’m listening to. I seek out professional musicians for their reactions, thank you for your talents explaining it us

Loved the video as always!! This song was actually one of my favorite moments from his concert that I got to go to in 2021. They had this video clip playing in the background and I got chills when it got to the ending and all the fans are cheering for him but we were there too and it felt like we were part of the video. Those 2 kids aren't anyone in particular, that scene is just to show where he started as a contrast to where he is now. Because in that scene, when the instrumentals are all quieter, he's doing a small "show" at a tiny little venue with only 2 people watching him but he's rapping and performing just as hard as when it transitions to him at a concert with thousands of fans. And while the two kids aren't anyone in particular for this video, you should remember them for an Easter egg that comes later 😉

Fantastic reaction! You should check out the artist Ren. He is a very versatile musician from Wales now lives in Brighton UK. He does his own production and beats (aside from covers. ) and also plays the acoustic guitar, electric guitar, piano, he, like NF make art from their experiences and struggles. I genuinely think you would enjoy. His fans refer to him as a modern bard, rapper, singer, producer and storyteller.

The last two people symbolize that starting as a rapper you're going to perform in a room full of 2-10 people when you first start. you didn't notice but the bounce made you pay attention to him so you could see the transition from being a beginner artist with 2 people showing up to having a full sold out show and everyone is shouting your lyrics.

I've got a fascinating musical composition from NF that you'll find interesting. Paid My Dues. The music doesn't seem to be in the same time signature as the rapping. The beat is... off, but it works. Hoping you can shed some music theory light on it.
