Here is the method I used in case anyone wants to use it:
Gear requirements: something tanky and enough poise to not be interrupted.
Weapon: Dry leaf arts, ash of war: Palm leafy strike.
Buffs: Whatever you usually use, I use golden vow and blessing boon with my flask buff being the tanky thing but not the bubble one. Other buffs are your choice.
How it works: due to Rakasha being a player Npc he can be knocked over by the ash of war when fully charged, this means that by the time he gets back up you can knock him over again. Just watch your stamina and surroundings as he can get at least one tiny hit in if he is close enough (but I assume you’d have enough fragments to at least use this - think I have like 10-11)
First learned this against ancient dragon man and applied it to any humanoid that can fall since I discovered it.

Yeah sacred relic sword is one of those weapons almost every player has at this point. Whats more impressive to me is that you just happened to have the stats to use it right off the bat as it’s got a kinda weird set of requirements a lot don’t have unless they spec to specifically use it

no? If you have an un-used mausoleum in the base game you can get the relic sword

He is easy i beat him using bloodhound fang and i no near pro player just a regular one
He has 3 or 4 move sets
Just beat him to do the swipe he do it 2 times and sometimes 3 if you close then attack him and thats it

If you havent beat the game for the relic sword you can do something similar with Radans starscorge blades.... Just spam starcaller cry to suck him in and stagger him, just watch your stamina and FP

I’ve found that a better way to defeat the Boss without having to kill the Elden Beast for the weapon is just spamming the Dragons Maw incantation

He's super ez to stagger as well. I use duel greatstars embuned with cold and all I had to do was jump attack with l2 hit l2 two more times roll back 2 times repeat...

Every enemy in the game is easy to stagger with large weapons lol, I use a dex weapon and it's like I'm hitting a brick wall

You can also cheese him with greatshield and spear. Keep your guard up and counterattack every hit you take. Just manage your stamina. When it's low, take a few steps back to recover and heal from bloodloss.

I'm dong 290 damage with this and needing a mana flask after 3 attacks.. So, "no build" is kind of a lie.

Just beat him with backhand blades😂 he will spam that double swing 3 times if ur in range just dodge and hit him and the end of the 3rd double swing

This guy is the GOAT ... Rakshasa dropped me a stupid amount of times!
Only thing I'd like to add to this is get your weapon to +9 ... if its not enchanced, you will do like 200 damage, at +9 you will do 1500... massive difference!
5 or 6 magic flasks should be enough to to drop the boss... no damage taken

The AOW is easy enough to avoid (even though she spams it) but the heavy and jump attacks are so fast and do insane damage. She was shredding me faster than Nixon's assistant shredded incriminating documents. Just summoned a friend to help.

The mausoleum bosses are ridiculously bad. Terrible boss design. Unlimited stamina and poise, insane autoaim and range, 50%+ health hits, etc. I'm starting to hate the whole DLC just for those cheap designed MFers. They're a disgrace for From Software.
