Feeling Single and Secure, really needed a wake-up call on my value and worth as an individual.
For women we are taught as children to be care takers. We're given baby dolls and play kitchens lol sooo of course in adulthood we are already programmed to care take, without realizing we search for someone in need, a project. Culture and "entertainment" absolutely send corrupt messages. Love these messages about being single and finding fulfillment and happiness and value in this stage of our lives. Great video!!

Me, I’m totally a fixer. I’ve discovered the hard way that this is my fatal flaw. I unintentionally view broken people as challenges or projects like you said and that becomes my purpose which is so dangerous. Everything else I could have or did have going for me as an individual goes out the window and then I myself become broken.
@@MK-kv6xc I think awareness is the first step to breaking the cycle! As we focus on self care we'll start to make wiser choices in partners. And be stronger in our ability to walk away from toxic relationships. ❤️
