8 ounces ground pork + 1/4 cup water to cook
1/4 yellow or white onion
3 green onions
1 cup cubed tomato
1 and 1/2 celery stalks
2 sweet peppers
cilantro (garnish)

2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 Thai chilis
4 tablespoons lime juice
2 and 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
