If I’m honest, the delicate, slightly creamy scrambled egg texture that most people enjoy is certainly not what you’ve achieved here. Butter treats eggs a lot nicer than oil. Oil is useful for doing multiple fried eggs, but especially when used with butter.

It started off great and I was thinking you’d add cheese tomatoes meat and fold it then cover with breadcrumbs and another layer of egg wash before frying it but then you just chopped it and put it on a plate. That’s way over recommended daily allowance of fats… Seven beaten deep fried eggs, salt and pepper, plus add a cup of butter to the eggs, once it’s removed from the hot deep fat fryer oil, add a cup of white of chopped onion, a half cup of chopped scallions and two-three cups of bread crumbs to sop up the oil. I’ve seen eggs being cooked cooked just like this once, but I don’t remember seeing the person add extra fat. It was an outdoor Asian cooking video. I believe it was a fried rice recipe. Looks like here the bread crumbs seemed to be substituted for the 4-6 cups of cooked white rice.
