Creative but unhealthy! If the intention is healthy, remove the honey and ditch the nonstick pan & pot because they are toxic. The yam is sweet already so it's unnecessary to laden with honey. This is why you guys call them "sweet potato." Overload sweet dulls the taste bud. It's unhealthy and spikes the glucose. You can spice them up with herbs instead of honey. It defeats the purpose of replacing the bread.

It is amazing how many people do not know the difference between a yam and a sweet potato. The ones in this video are jewel yams, which are purple. There are red and brown yams which are orange in color in the inside.
