- Run was hella messy but at least he didn't limp away and I got sub 4 so I'll take it. I can definitely get a better time on console with the Drachen set and maybe even beat the record which is currently 3'38 but fuck going through that random spawn gacha with console loading time.

No, that attack has been around for ages, just that pickle rarely use it.
That attack is only for Canta and Canta alone. So he can't call for help.

Yup, for about 2-3 sec. i think, the foresight slash has a very generous i-frame
Foresight is like 1sec
You are in foresight slash for about 2.5 seconds, you have s for 1st second, after that you dont have s but you still can get dodge bonus and then hit ur spirit 4

I don't see anything messy in this run except maybe that dragon breath with ridiculous hitbox and those two tremor stomps. A really impressive run imo.

Have been trying expeditions a lot and still i found him just once, and it was in the end of a mission.
Didn't change the destination in time so i couldn't fight him.
I just want to kill him so bad lol

best solution to find him is to look at your world map, notice how there are 3 monsters in each area? the one thats " ???? " is deviljho, go there look around everywhere for tracks or a trail and your bound to find him aT SOME point. At that point you have 2 choices, hunt or leave and find more tracks, my reccomendation is to fight/sos flare and capture him. That will immediately get you the special assignment quest. :) Happy hunting!

When doing the helm breaker is there a difference between pressing the button or letting it go by itself?
Clifton Kong I believe that if you let it go by itself the attack will land when you touch the floor, opposed to when you trigger it yourself
you can change the direction of the attack if you press the button

Razor Sharp was more consistent for me, PP set would often drop to green before he dies

This is an interesting set..I always thought the Full Atk Boost, WE3 Max Might 3, Crit Boost 3, Elementless, Protective polish was best for divine slasher...how did you even get that many crit jewels lol
Atk boost is overrated + i think he hasn't gotten any yet

Sorry, I am new to the game, I was wondering why you used 3-Peice Xeno set. Do you think Jho sword is a good replacement for Divine Slasher?
Divine slasher is better than jho sword and its not that hard to craft, jho is ok but slasher is better, 3piece of xeno give you a razor sharp which slows down sharpness depletion by half, divine slasher has like 30 sharpness, with razor sharp its 60 hits
Fokalopoka Thx for the fast reply and answering my question. However, I do know the DS is better but I do not have any of the coins nor have I done much Arena missions. So, until I am able to farm for it which LS should I use. Before Jho I was using Negis sword.
@@DavionAngeles jho db is good coz db's scalrs pretty good with raw and element, in mhw ls doesnt really scale well with element, there is no arena ds btw, i would use nergi ls, and farm divine slasher asap, its damage is insane combined with elementless jewel

how do you charge up your blade so quickly without doing the full attack sequence?
Successfully evade an attack and hit the monster with the Foresight Slash, that will fill your gauge completely and allow you to follow up with the Roundslash

@@BennyJ69 really? I beg to disagree. This isnt like starcraft where there's too many computations happening at one time. With the graphics that this game has, i think its more gpu intensive
Loqz I see what you mean but, the graphics aren't incredible compared to other games. Though, I'd always say get a good cpu first then look into gpu. Probably because I'm sad that I've got a 1070ti being bottlenecked by my fx8350 :P I need a new cpu!
All u need is ok 8th gen cpu tbh, game is *demanding* on cpu but gpu matters more
For example my 1050ti struggles with game but 1060 3gb which is few bux pricier doesnt...

after the foresight slash you can perform a super quick spirit combo
After a foresight slash that hits a target, not just any slash.
Long Sword is the best way to stop the Legendary Super Deviljho.

Why did you use this Build instead of the "typical" Eyepatch, Kushala, Kaiser, Nergigante, Deathstench set that is used pretty often?
Because that set is mostly useful before you have gems to throw around.
