Tamiya CC01 Defender 90 Scale Upgrades. Towing, Exhaust, Mud Flaps & Side Bars (THESE ARE FANTASTIC)

- As a massive fan of the Land Rover Defender body, I was excited to be sent these scale upgrade parts from Miragerc.com. You can now get front and rear mud flaps, exhaust and rear tow plate. You can also add side slider bars and footstep adding to the scale look of the truck. I was surprised at the ease of installation as well as the instructions that came with the kits. You don't have to drill or cut the body to install these upgrades.

Great minds think alike ive been looking at Richards parts for the cc0-1 90 but I might hold off and do the mods if he makes them for the cc02 90 in 2022. Also just FYI the rear part in which the mud flaps , exhaust are fitted to us called the rear crossmember on the real vehicle. Also I ordered a bumper for my Jun wild one off Richard snd it arrived today although I’ve gone for a different style ;)

I have just fitted both kits to my CC01 build and they are superb, so easy to build and look totally scale 👍
Yes they are, I was really happy with them. I hope we see more from them soon. A real tyre mount for the rear spare tyre would be epic along with a real wheel bag cover or some kind of front bumper with a winch mount would be a cool edition. A petrol cap insert or snorkel.
Get a boat trailer. That way you'll need a boat for it! 😉

What tires are you using on the defender? I don't think they are stock and they look great!
I have changed them to the wheels and tyres from my Tamiya F-350
