- It's said there are well over half a million bridges in the world. Many of them are made of concrete and steel, and people drive, walk, or bike across them every day like it’s nothing. But then you have the more remote bridges that even Indiana Jones would feel too scared to cross. Bridges made of thin bamboo, vines, or decaying slabs of wood offer dangerous paths across mountain chasms and rushing rivers can help travelers get from A to B, as long as they don’t give right under their feet. So join us for today’s video, where we count down the top 15 dangerous bridges you should not cross!

I really don't know what to think about any of these!
I guess I'll cross that bridge when I get to it!
Carry On ✌️
I don't need to go anywhere desperately enough to set foot on any of those. 😵💫😵💫😵💫

I'm so scared of heights, so I watch from the safety of my chair. It still gives me vertigo and makes my palms sweaty hahahaha.
I like your picture, how long do you keep your hair? I find that attractive, please describe it?
I’m like you! I’m so scared of heights so can’t understand why I’m watching this and making myself sick….
@@estelle3005 I like your picture, how long do you keep your hair? I find that attractive, please describe it?

Videos and lists like this always like to show one particular bridge on the thumbnail, but never mention it. The bridge on the left of the thumbnail SHOULD be Calcasieu River Bridge in my home state of Louisiana. There are several bridges very similar to that one in the state. The Sunshine Bridge, the OLD Huey P. Long (super super narrow lanes), and the Causeway are also pretty precarious in our state.
The thumbnail Bridge isn't actually that scary- it's very safe and pretty new, but it's just very steep to allow ships to pass underneath. I don't remember what it's called but it's somewhere in east Asia. Thanks for sharing about Louisiana!
Why I clicked. I had nightmares of this bridge as a kid
I hate that bridge. I'll take 210 even if it takes me out of the way.
I’m from Louisiana too! Let’s GEAUX

Steep highway bridges are nightmare fuel for me
I had to stop halfway through. I have really bad acrophobia and just watching this video was making my legs shake.
The bridge on the island of Curacao terrifies me, YES it does!
Some of those bridges look like they'd be a lot of fun to cross. If I had the money, I'd travel the world to see them in person. Especially that glass bridge at the end. That just looks like a fun walk with a nice view to me. 🙂
one of first, but keep good job, whish you and your team well
That Japanese auto bridge looks exactly like the bridges I have to motor on in my nightmares.
How about the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel in Virginia? That's a very scary bridge-tunnel I hear people are so terrified of it people actually pay someone drive over it for them! It's so low to the water you can almost touch it and so long that you can't even see land on either side! Very terrifying bridge indeed!
That's the Chesapeake Bay Bridge connecting Maryland and Eastern Shore VA. Totally different structure.
@@blue9multimediagroup The Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Maryland (officially the William Preston Lane Jr. Memorial Bay Bridge) has a height of 186 feet, while the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel in Virginia only has a height of 75 feet at its highest point.
I went under and over it once and have not been back

I’m not scared at all of heights, terrified of falling always have been…
Not afraid of falling either. Just terrified of the sudden stop waiting at the end of the fall.
11:45 No photos/movies for Musou Tsuribashi Bridge.
the person who dropped their credit card / money down the gaps of some of these bridges: *b r u h*
Who the heck thought a glass bottom bridge would be cool? That is a horrible idea. Just downright stupid.
Wow 😲😳
Yea that's gonna be a hard no for me
No way in hell I would cross these bridges, they are scary and dangerously, especially, the hanging bridges. Nope, no, no, no, not for me. I am afraid of heights and will not walk these bridges for all the tea in China. The scenery is very beautiful and outstanding……but my safety is first. That monkey Bridge is for the birds! Thanks but NO thanks.
That said, a very great and awesome video full of beautiful scenery. Very nice and delightful to watch. 👏👍👍🙌🙌
Despite the economic downturn, I'm having the best time of my life financially. Earning over $83k in the last 2months with an investment of $19,000. Money can be made even in a bear market. Make the most of it.

Maybe they just don’t look that scary on video but the tree root bridges don’t look scary to me they’re so pretty and look pretty safe
You can make through all these bridges as long as you don’t look down.
Mew mew been to the Royal Gorge Bridge. Never was meant as anything more than a tourist attraction to go along with the amusement park.
Eshima Ohashi bridge looks like RTGame was allowed to have road anarchy on irl
They are like amusement park rides
NOPE, NO, OH HELL TO THE NO!!!!!

Imagine living on these Bridges they would be so not fun
Neat picture, happen to be a lady with very long hair? I find that very attractive, please describe it?
And then there's galloping Gerty
yes the first bridge is where i am from ...yes its scary
I'm not scared of any bridges
W
They were shot with a telephoto lens, which will create this effect.
14:30 That bridge is just a regular bridge. Nothing special about it. Footage is just shot from three kilometers away using large teleoptics, thus making the footage look terrifying. It is not steep.
A 5% grade on road is incredibly steep lmao
Something tells me these aren’t handicap accessible…🤷🏽♂️
blue water bridge from Sarnia to Detroit michigan.....F That!!!!!! lol
The Blue Water Bridge goes from Sarnia to Port Huron, not Detroit. The Ambassador Bridge is in Detroit and goes to Windsor.
Ok, I have an idea, let's don't do this.
Yeah, hard pass on every one of these!
