Automakers have abandoned body on frame in favor of Unibody because that's what customers want, the term Crossover was literally birthed out of this concept. However, with Larger Platforms like the Merc GL going Unibody, it's muddied the water, & vehicles traditionally labeled an SUV (Explorer, Durango, Pathfinder, etc) are actually Big Crossovers. In my opinion, a traditional SUV is a Body on Frame Vehicle.

You forgot to speak about the Lincoln Navigator and also the Cadillac Escalade. That is knocking that Lexus out of the park. Lexus make a good reliable car no doubt about that. Also the Lexus experience is quite boring and dated. Love your videos keep up the good work can't wait for the next video.
cant forget about the Escalade, here in NY they are just so common.... the new Nav is suoer nice but haven't seen many on the road..... Lexus has some dated aspects true, but they work well and the luxury experience is solid.....👌🏼👌🏼

The new 2018 lx570 is an overall better vehicle I have been in both and the looks and interior is all much better on the newer redesigned one

Lexus is hands down the best Japanese luxury brand
As cool as the LX is, the Infiniti Qx56/80 is a better driver, faster and with independent suspension much better handling than the LX. Toyota wins on reliability over Nissan every time however the Infiniti doesn't have the "Toyota tax" so you can get a comparable Qx for a lot less and mod/repair with the difference while having a way better driving truck.

Prado is the equivalent to the gx, the lx is equivalent to the land cruiser
